16Y ellos dijeron: Tus siervos tienen con nosotros aquí cincuenta hombres fuertes; te pedimos déjalos ir en busca de Elías; porque puede ser que el espíritu del Señor lo haya levantado y puesto en una montaña o en algún valle. Pero él dijo: No los envíes.

16Y dijéronle: He aquí hay con tus siervos cincuenta varones fuertes: vayan ahora y busquen á tu señor; quizá lo ha levantado el espíritu de Jehová, y lo ha echado en algún monte ó en algún valle. Y él les dijo: No enviéis.

16And they said unto him, Behold now, there be with thy servants fifty strong men; let them go, we pray thee, and seek thy master: lest peradventure the Spirit of the LORD hath taken him up, and cast him upon some mountain, or into some valley. And he said, Ye shall not send.

16They said to him, “See now, there are with your servants fifty strong men. Please let them go and seek your master. Perhaps the LORD’s Spirit has taken him up, and put him on some mountain or into some valley.” He said, “Don’t send them.”
