2Elías le dijo a Eliseo: “Por favor, quédate aquí, porque Yahvé me ha enviado a Betel”. Pero Eliseo le respondió: “Tan cierto como que Yahvé vive y que tú vives, no te dejaré solo”. Así que ambos bajaron a Betel.

2Y dijo Elías á Eliseo: Quédate ahora aquí, porque Jehová me ha enviado á Beth-el. Y Eliseo dijo: Vive Jehová, y vive tu alma, que no te dejaré. Descendieron pues á Beth-el.

2And Elijah said unto Elisha, Tarry here, I pray thee; for the LORD hath sent me to Beth-el. And Elisha said unto him, As the LORD liveth, and as thy soul liveth, I will not leave thee. So they went down to Beth-el.
World English Bible
2Elijah said to Elisha, “Please wait here, for the LORD has sent me as far as Bethel.” Elisha said, “As the LORD lives, and as your soul lives, I will not leave you.” So they went down to Bethel.
