Und er wandte sich um, und da er sie sah, fluchte er ihnen im Namen des HERRN. Da kamen zween Baren aus dem Walde und zerrissen der Kinder zweiundvierzig.

And he turned back, and looked on them, and cursed them in the name of the LORD. And there came forth two she bears out of the wood, and tare forty and two children of them.

He looked behind him and saw them, and cursed them in the LORD’s name. Then two female bears came out of the woods and mauled forty-two of those youths.
