On prit deux chars avec les chevaux, et le roi envoya des hommes sur les traces de l'armée des Syriens, en disant : « Allez et voyez. »

Tomaron pues dos caballos de un carro, y envió el rey tras el campo de los Siros, diciendo: Id, y ved.

They took therefore two chariot horses; and the king sent after the host of the Syrians, saying, Go and see.

Therefore they took two chariots with horses; and the king sent them out to the Syrian army, saying, “Go and see.”
