Presero adunque due coppie di cavalli; e il re mandò degli uomini sopra quelli, dietro al campo de' Siri, dicendo: Andate, e vedete.

Tomaron pues dos caballos de un carro, y envió el rey tras el campo de los Siros, diciendo: Id, y ved.

They took therefore two chariot horses; and the king sent after the host of the Syrians, saying, Go and see.

Therefore they took two chariots with horses; and the king sent them out to the Syrian army, saying, “Go and see.”
