6Esto era porque el Señor había hecho que los arameos oyeran el ruido de carros, caballos, como si fuera un gran ejército que se acercaba.Así que los arameos dijeron: “Seguro que el rey de Israel ha contratado a los reyes de los hititas y de los egipcios para que vengan a atacarnos”.

6Porque el Señor había hecho que en el campo de los Siros se oyese estruendo de carros, ruido de caballos, y estrépito de grande ejército; y dijéronse los unos á los otros: He aquí el rey de Israel ha pagado contra nosotros á los reyes de los Hetheos, y á los reyes de los Egipcios, para que vengan contra nosotros.

6For the Lord had made the host of the Syrians to hear a noise of chariots, and a noise of horses, even the noise of a great host: and they said one to another, Lo, the king of Israel hath hired against us the kings of the Hittites, and the kings of the Egyptians, to come upon us.
