DIJO entonces Eliseo: Oid palabra de Jehová: Así dijo Jehová: Mañana á estas horas valdrá el seah de flor de harina un siclo, y dos seah de cebada un siclo, á la puerta de Samaria.
Then Elisha said, Hear ye the word of the LORD; Thus saith the LORD, To morrow about this time shall a measure of fine flour be sold for a shekel, and two measures of barley for a shekel, in the gate of Samaria.
Elisha said, “Hear the LORD’s word. The LORD says, ‘Tomorrow about this time a seah of fine flour will be sold for a shekel, and two seahs of barley for a shekel, in the gate of Samaria.’”
Da antwortete der Ritter, auf welches Hand sich der Konig lehnte, dem Mann Gottes und sprach: Und wenn der HERR Fenster am Himmel machte, wie konnte solches geschehen? Er sprach: Siehe da, mit deinen Augen wirst du es sehen und nicht davon essen.
Y un príncipe sobre cuya mano el rey se apoyaba, respondió al varón de Dios, y dijo: Si Jehová hiciese ahora ventanas en el cielo, ¿sería esto así? Y él dijo: He aquí tú lo verás con tus ojos, mas no comerás de ello.
Then a lord on whose hand the king leaned answered the man of God, and said, Behold, if the LORD would make windows in heaven, might this thing be? And he said, Behold, thou shalt see it with thine eyes, but shalt not eat thereof.
Then the captain on whose hand the king leaned answered the man of God, and said, “Behold, if the LORD made windows in heaven, could this thing be?” He said, “Behold, you will see it with your eyes, but will not eat of it.”
Und es waren vier aussatzige Manner an der Tür vor dem Tor; und einer sprach zum andern: Was wollen wir hie bleiben, bis wir sterben?
Y había cuatro hombres leprosos á la entrada de la puerta, los cuales dijeron el uno al otro: ¿Para qué nos estamos aquí hasta que muramos?

Wenn wir gleich gedachten, in die Stadt zu kommen, so ist Teurung in der Stadt, und mufiten doch daselbst sterben; bleiben wir aber hie, so müssen wir auch sterben. So lafit uns nun hingehen und zu dem Heer der Syrer fallen. Lassen sie uns leben, so leben wir; toten sie uns, so sind wir tot.
Si tratáremos de entrar en la ciudad, por el hambre que hay en la ciudad moriremos en ella; y si nos quedamos aquí, también moriremos. Vamos pues ahora, y pasémonos al ejército de los Siros: si ellos nos dieren la vida, viviremos; y si nos dieren la muerte, moriremos.
If we say, We will enter into the city, then the famine is in the city, and we shall die there: and if we sit still here, we die also. Now therefore come, and let us fall unto the host of the Syrians: if they save us alive, we shall live; and if they kill us, we shall but die.

Und machten sich in der Fruhe auf, daß sie zum Heer der Syrer kamen. Und da sie vorne an den Ort des Heers kamen, siehe, da war niemand.
Levantáronse pues en el principio de la noche, para irse al campo de los Siros; y llegando á las primeras estancias de los Siros, no había allí hombre.

Denn der HERR hatte die Syrer lassen horen ein Geschrei von Rossen, Wagen und groüer Heerkraft, daß sie untereinander sprachen: Siehe, der Konig Israels hat wider uns gedinget die Konige der Hethiter und die Konige der Agypter, daü sie uber uns kommen sollen.

Aber einer sprach zum andern: Laißt uns nicht also tun! Dieser Tag ist ein Tag guter Botschaft. Wo wirdas verschweigen und harren, bis dafi licht Morgen wird, wird unsere Missetat funden werden; so lalit uns nun hingehen, daß wir kommen und ansagen dem Hause des Konigs.
Y dijéronse el uno al otro: No hacemos bien: hoy es día de buena nueva, y nosotros callamos: y si esperamos hasta la luz de la mañana, nos alcanzará la maldad. Vamos pues ahora, entremos, y demos la nueva en casa del rey.
Then they said one to another, We do not well: this day is a day of good tidings, and we hold our peace: if we tarry till the morning light, some mischief will come upon us: now therefore come, that we may go and tell the king’s household.
Then they said to one another, “We aren’t doing right. Today is a day of good news, and we keep silent. If we wait until the morning light, punishment will overtake us. Now therefore come, let’s go and tell the king’s household.”
Und da sie kamen, riefen sie am Tor der Stadt und sagten es ihnen an und sprachen: Wir sind zum Lager der Syrer kommen, und siehe, es ist niemand da, noch keine Menschenstimme, sondern Rosse und Esei angebunden und die Hutten, wie sie stehen.
Y vinieron, y dieron voces á los guardas de la puerta de la ciudad, y declaráronles, diciendo: Nosotros fuimos al campo de los Siros, y he aquí que no había allí hombre, ni voz de hombre, sino caballos atados, asnos también atados, y el campo como se estaba.

Da rief man den Torhutern, daß sie es drinnen ansagten im Hause des Konigs.
Y los porteros dieron voces, y declaráronlo dentro, en el palacio del rey.
And he called the porters; and they told it to the king’s house within.

Und der Konig stand auf in der Nacht und sprach zu seinen Knechten: Lalit euch sagen, wie die Syrer mit uns umgehen. Sie wissen, dati wir Hunger leiden, und sind aus dem Lager gegangen, dafi sie sich im Felde verkrochen, und denken: Wenn sie aus der Stadt gehen, wollen wir sie lebendig greifen und in die Stadt kommen.
Y levantóse el rey de noche, y dijo á sus siervos: Yo os declararé lo que nos han hecho los Siros. Ellos saben que tenemos hambre, y hanse salido de las tiendas y escondídose en el campo, diciendo: Cuando hubieren salido de la ciudad, los tomaremos vivos, y entraremos en la ciudad.
And the king arose in the night, and said unto his servants, I will now shew you what the Syrians have done to us. They know that we be hungry; therefore are they gone out of the camp to hide themselves in the field, saying, When they come out of the city, we shall catch them alive, and get into the city.

Da antwortete seiner Knechte einer und sprach: Man nehme die fünf ubrigen Rosse, die noch drinnen sind uberblieben (siehe, die sind drinnen uberblieben von aller Menge in Israel, welche alle dahin ist), die lalit uns senden und besehen.
Entonces respondió uno de sus siervos, y dijo: Tomen ahora cinco de los caballos que han quedado en la ciudad, (porque ellos también son como toda la multitud de Israel que ha quedado en ella; también ellos son como toda la multitud de Israel que ha perecido;) y enviemos, y veamos qué hay.
And one of his servants answered and said, Let some take, I pray thee, five of the horses that remain, which are left in the city, (behold, they are as all the multitude of Israel that are left in it: behold, I say, they are even as all the multitude of the Israelites that are consumed:) and let us send and see.

Da nahmen sie zween Wagen mit Rossen; und der Konig sandte sie dem Lager der Syrer nach und sprach: Ziehet hin und besehet!

They took therefore two chariot horses; and the king sent after the host of the Syrians, saying, Go and see.

And they went after them unto Jordan: and, lo, all the way was full of garments and vessels, which the Syrians had cast away in their haste. And the messengers returned, and told the king.

And the people went out, and spoiled the tents of the Syrians. So a measure of fine flour was sold for a shekel, and two measures of barley for a shekel, according to the word of the LORD.

Aber der Konig bestellete den Ritter, auf des Hand er sich lehnte, unter das Tor. Und das Volk zertrat ihn im Tor, dafi er starb, wie der Mann Gottes geredet hatte, da der Konig zu ihm hinabkam.
Y el rey puso á la puerta á aquel príncipe sobre cuya mano él se apoyaba: y atropellóle el pueblo á la entrada, y murió, conforme á lo que había dicho el varón de Dios, lo que habló cuando el rey descendió á él.
And the king appointed the lord on whose hand he leaned to have the charge of the gate: and the people trode upon him in the gate, and he died, as the man of God had said, who spake when the king came down to him.
The king had appointed the captain on whose hand he leaned to be in charge of the gate; and the people trampled over him in the gate, and he died as the man of God had said, who spoke when the king came down to him.
Und geschah, wie der Mann Gottes dem Konige sagte, da er sprach: Morgen urn diese Zeit werden zween Scheffel Gerste einen Sekel gelten und ein Scheffel Semmelmehl einen Sekel unter dem Tor zu Samaria;
Aconteció pues de la manera que el varón de Dios había hablado al rey, diciendo: Dos seah de cebada por un siclo, y el seah de flor de harina será vendido por un siclo mañana á estas horas, á la puerta de Samaria.
And it came to pass as the man of God had spoken to the king, saying, Two measures of barley for a shekel, and a measure of fine flour for a shekel, shall be to morrow about this time in the gate of Samaria:

A lo cual aquel príncipe había respondido al varón de Dios, diciendo: Aunque Jehová hiciese ventanas en el cielo, ¿pudiera ser eso? Y él dijo: He aquí tú lo verás con tus ojos, mas no comerás de ello.
And that lord answered the man of God, and said, Now, behold, if the LORD should make windows in heaven, might such a thing be? And he said, Behold, thou shalt see it with thine eyes, but shalt not eat thereof.
