Ed Hazael disse: Ma che cosa è pure il tuo servitore, che non è altro che un cane, per fare queste gran cose? Ed Eliseo disse: Il Signore mi ha fatto vedere che tu sarai re sopra la Siria.

Y Hazael dijo: ¿Por qué? ¿es tu siervo perro, que hará esta gran cosa? Y respondió Eliseo: Jehová me ha mostrado que tú has de ser rey de Siria.

And Hazael said, But what, is thy servant a dog, that he should do this great thing? And Elisha answered, The LORD hath shewed me that thou shalt be king over Syria.

Hazael said, “But what is your servant, who is but a dog, that he could do this great thing?” Elisha answered, “The LORD has shown me that you will be king over Syria.”
