Jehú tomó el arco, disparó con todas sus fuerzas y le clavó la flecha entre los dos hombros. La flecha le partió el corazón, y Jorán cayó muerto en su carro.

Mas Jehú flechó su arco, é hirió á Joram entre las espaldas, y la saeta salió por su corazón, y cayó en su carro.
