†Et afin que vous vous souveniez des paroles qui ont été dites auparavant par les saints Prophètes, et du commandement †que vous avez reçu de nous, qui sommes Apôtres du Seigneur et Sauveur.

Para que tengáis memoria de las palabras que antes han sido dichas por los santos profetas, y de nuestro mandamiento, que somos apóstoles del Señor y Salvador:

That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour:

that you should remember the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets and the commandment of us, the apostles of the Lord and Savior,
