2 Samuel 10

Lorsque Joab vit qu'il y avait un front de bataille devant et derrière lui, il choisit parmi toute l'élite d'Israël un corps qu'il rangea en face des Syriens ;

Viendo pues Joab que había escuadrones delante y detrás de él, entresacó de todos los escogidos de Israel, y púsose en orden contra los Siros.

When Joab saw that the front of the battle was against him before and behind, he chose of all the choice men of Israel, and put them in array against the Syrians:
