2 Samuel 10

Joab, voyant que la bataille le menaçait par devant et par derrière, fit choix des meilleurs guerriers d'Israël et les disposa devant les Syriens.

Viendo pues Joab que había escuadrones delante y detrás de él, entresacó de todos los escogidos de Israel, y púsose en orden contra los Siros.

When Joab saw that the front of the battle was against him before and behind, he chose of all the choice men of Israel, and put them in array against the Syrians:
