2 Samuel 11

Le messager répondit à David : Parce que ceux de la ville ont prévalu sur nous ; ils ont fait une sortie dans la campagne ; puis, nous les avons repoussés jusqu'aux portes de la ville.

Y dijo el mensajero á David: Prevalecieron contra nosotros los hombres, que salieron á nosotros al campo, bien que nosotros les hicimos retroceder hasta la entrada de la puerta;

And the messenger said unto David, Surely the men prevailed against us, and came out unto us into the field, and we were upon them even unto the entering of the gate.

The messenger said to David, “The men prevailed against us, and came out to us into the field; and we were on them even to the entrance of the gate.
