2 Samuel 12

Ora dunque, la spada non si dipartirà giammai in perpetuo dalla tua casa; perciocchè tu mi hai sprezzato, e ti hai presa per moglie la moglie di Uria Hitteo.

Por lo cual ahora no se apartará jamás de tu casa la espada; por cuanto me menospreciaste, y tomaste la mujer de Uría Hetheo para que fuese tu mujer.

Now therefore the sword shall never depart from thine house; because thou hast despised me, and hast taken the wife of Uriah the Hittite to be thy wife.

Now therefore the sword will never depart from your house, because you have despised me and have taken Uriah the Hittite’s wife to be your wife.’
