12Ed Absalom, quando fu per sacrificare i sacrificii, mandò per Ahitofel Ghilonita, consigliere di Davide, che venisse da Ghilo, sua città; e la conguira divenne potente, e il popolo andava crescendo di numero appresso di Absalom.

12And Absalom sent for Ahithophel the Gilonite, David’s counsellor, from his city, even from Giloh, while he offered sacrifices. And the conspiracy was strong; for the people increased continually with Absalom.
