Und man berichtete David und sprach: Ahitophel ist unter den Verschworenen mit Absalom. Da sprach David: Betöre doch den Rat Ahitophels, HERR!

Y dieron aviso á David, diciendo: Achitophel está entre los que conspiraron con Absalom. Entonces dijo David: Entontece ahora, oh Jehová, el consejo de Achitophel.

And one told David, saying, Ahithophel is among the conspirators with Absalom. And David said, O LORD, I pray thee, turn the counsel of Ahithophel into foolishness.

Someone told David, saying, “Ahithophel is among the conspirators with Absalom.” David said, “LORD, please turn the counsel of Ahithophel into foolishness.”
