Y si yo hubiera traicionado al rey dando muerte a su hijo (y el rey ciertamente hubiera descubierto quién lo hizo), usted mismo habría sido el primero en acusarme.

Por otra parte, habría yo hecho traición contra mi vida (pues que al rey nada se le esconde), y tú mismo estarías en contra.

Otherwise I should have wrought falsehood against mine own life: for there is no matter hid from the king, and thou thyself wouldest have set thyself against me.
