Le roi, tremblant d'émotion, monta dans la chambre au-dessus de la porte et pleura. Il disait en marchant : « Mon fils Absalom ! Mon fils, mon fils Absalom ! Que ne suis-je mort à ta place ! Absalom mon fils, mon fils ! »

Y DIERON aviso á Joab: He aquí el rey llora, y hace duelo por Absalom.

And it was told Joab, Behold, the king weepeth and mourneth for Absalom.

Joab was told, “Behold, the king weeps and mourns for Absalom.”
