Joab era a capo di tutto l’esercito d’Israele; Benaia, figliuolo di Jehoiada, era a capo dei Kerethei e dei Pelethei;

Así quedó Joab sobre todo el ejército de Israel; y Benaía hijo de Joiada sobre los Ceretheos y Peletheos;

Now Joab was over all the host of Israel: and Benaiah the son of Jehoiada was over the Cherethites and over the Pelethites:
