2 Samuel 3

Mas no faltó quien diese la nueva a Joab, diciéndole: Vino Abner, hijo de Ner, a hablar al rey, y éste ha salido a despedirle, y Abner se ha vuelto contento.

Y luego que llegó Joab y todo el ejército que con él estaba, fué dado aviso á Joab, diciendo: Abner hijo de Ner ha venido al rey, y él le ha despedido, y se fué en paz.

When Joab and all the host that was with him were come, they told Joab, saying, Abner the son of Ner came to the king, and he hath sent him away, and he is gone in peace.

When Joab and all the army who was with him had come, they told Joab, “Abner the son of Ner came to the king, and he has sent him away, and he has gone in peace.”
