21E Davide disse a Mical: Sì, nel cospetto del Signore, il quale ha eletto me, anzi che tuo padre, e che alcuno di tutta la sua famiglia, per costituirmi conduttore sopra il suo popolo, sopra Israele; per ciò farò festa nel cospetto del Signore.

21And David said unto Michal, It was before the LORD, which chose me before thy father, and before all his house, to appoint me ruler over the people of the LORD, over Israel: therefore will I play before the LORD.
