Con lo que puso David guarniciones en la Siria de Damasco, la cual le quedó sujeta y tributaria; y le guardó el Señor en todas las expediciones que hizo.

Puso luego David guarnición en Siria la de Damasco, y fueron los Siros siervos de David sujetos á tributo. Y Jehová guardó á David donde quiera que fué.

Then David put garrisons in Syria of Damascus: and the Syrians became servants to David, and brought gifts. And the LORD preserved David whithersoever he went.
