2 Samuel 9

Und David sprach: Ist noch jemand da, der vom Haus Sauls übriggeblieben ist, dass ich Güte an ihm erweise um Jonathans willen?

Y DIJO David: ¿Ha quedado alguno de la casa de Saúl, á quien haga yo misericordia por amor de Jonathán?

And David said, Is there yet any that is left of the house of Saul, that I may shew him kindness for Jonathan’s sake?

David said, “Is there yet any who is left of Saul’s house, that I may show him kindness for Jonathan’s sake?”

Es war aber ein Knecht vom Haus Sauls, sein Name war Ziba; und sie riefen ihn zu David. Und der König sprach zu ihm: Bist du Ziba? Und er sprach: Dein Knecht.

Y había un siervo de la casa de Saúl, que se llamaba Siba, al cual como llamaron que viniese á David, el rey le dijo: ¿Eres tú Siba? Y él respondió: Tu siervo.

And there was of the house of Saul a servant whose name was Ziba. And when they had called him unto David, the king said unto him, Art thou Ziba? And he said, Thy servant is he.

There was of Saul’s house a servant whose name was Ziba, and they called him to David; and the king said to him, “Are you Ziba?” He said, “I am your servant.”

Und der König sprach: Ist niemand mehr da vom Haus Sauls, dass ich Güte Gottes an ihm erweise? Und Ziba sprach zu dem König: Es ist noch ein Sohn da von Jonathan, der an den Füßen lahm ist.

Y el rey dijo: ¿No ha quedado nadie de la casa de Saúl, á quien haga yo misericordia de Dios? Y Siba respondió al rey: Aun ha quedado un hijo de Jonathán, lisiado de los pies.

And the king said, Is there not yet any of the house of Saul, that I may shew the kindness of God unto him? And Ziba said unto the king, Jonathan hath yet a son, which is lame on his feet.

The king said, “Is there not yet any of Saul’s house, that I may show the kindness of God to him?” Ziba said to the king, “Jonathan still has a son, who is lame in his feet.”

Und der König sprach zu ihm: Wo ist er? Und Ziba sprach zu dem König: Siehe, er ist im Haus Makirs, des Sohnes Ammiels, in Lodebar.

Entonces el rey le dijo: ¿Y ése dónde está? Y Siba respondió al rey: He aquí, está en casa de Machîr hijo de Amiel, en Lodebar.

And the king said unto him, Where is he? And Ziba said unto the king, Behold, he is in the house of Machir, the son of Ammiel, in Lo-debar.

The king said to him, “Where is he?” Ziba said to the king, “Behold, he is in the house of Machir the son of Ammiel, in Lo Debar.”

Da sandte der König David hin und ließ ihn aus dem Haus Makirs, des Sohnes Ammiels, holen, von Lodebar.

Y envió el rey David, y tomólo de casa de Machîr hijo de Amiel, de Lodebar.

Then king David sent, and fetched him out of the house of Machir, the son of Ammiel, from Lo-debar.

Then King David sent and brought him out of the house of Machir the son of Ammiel, from Lo Debar.

Und Mephiboseth, der Sohn Jonathans, des Sohnes Sauls, kam zu David; und er fiel auf sein Angesicht und beugte sich nieder. Und David sprach: Mephiboseth! Und er sprach: Siehe, dein Knecht.

Y venido Mephi-boseth, hijo de Jonathán hijo de Saúl, á David, postróse sobre su rostro, é hizo reverencia. Y dijo David: Mephi-boseth. Y él respondió: He aquí tu siervo.

Now when Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan, the son of Saul, was come unto David, he fell on his face, and did reverence. And David said, Mephibosheth. And he answered, Behold thy servant!

Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan, the son of Saul, came to David, fell on his face, and showed respect. David said, “Mephibosheth?” He answered, “Behold, your servant!”

Und David sprach zu ihm: Fürchte dich nicht; denn ich will gewisslich Güte an dir erweisen um deines Vaters Jonathan willen, und will dir alle Felder deines Vaters Saul zurückgeben; du aber sollst beständig an meinem Tisch essen.

Y díjole David: No tengas temor, porque yo á la verdad haré contigo misericordia por amor de Jonathán tu padre, y te haré volver todas las tierras de Saúl tu padre; y tú comerás siempre pan á mi mesa.

And David said unto him, Fear not: for I will surely shew thee kindness for Jonathan thy father’s sake, and will restore thee all the land of Saul thy father; and thou shalt eat bread at my table continually.

David said to him, “Don’t be afraid, for I will surely show you kindness for Jonathan your father’s sake, and will restore to you all the land of Saul your father. You will eat bread at my table continually.”

Und er beugte sich nieder und sprach: Was ist dein Knecht, dass du dich zu einem toten Hund gewandt hast, wie ich einer bin?

Y él inclinándose, dijo: ¿Quién es tu siervo, para que mires á un perro muerto como yo?

And he bowed himself, and said, What is thy servant, that thou shouldest look upon such a dead dog as I am?

He bowed down, and said, “What is your servant, that you should look at such a dead dog as I am?”

Da rief der König Ziba, den Diener Sauls, und sprach zu ihm: Alles, was Saul und seinem ganzen Haus gehört hat, habe ich dem Sohn deines Herrn gegeben.

Entonces el rey llamó á Siba, siervo de Saúl, y díjole: Todo lo que fué de Saúl y de toda su casa, yo lo he dado al hijo de tu señor.

Then the king called to Ziba, Saul’s servant, and said unto him, I have given unto thy master’s son all that pertained to Saul and to all his house.

Then the king called to Ziba, Saul’s servant, and said to him, “All that belonged to Saul and to all his house I have given to your master’s son.

Und du sollst ihm das Land bauen, du und deine Söhne und deine Knechte, und den Ertrag einbringen, damit der Sohn deines Herrn Brot zu essen habe. Und Mephiboseth, der Sohn deines Herrn, soll beständig an meinem Tisch essen. Und Ziba hatte 15 Söhne und 20 Knechte.

Tú pues le labrarás las tierras, tú con tus hijos, y tus siervos, y encerrarás los frutos, para que el hijo de tu señor tenga con qué mantenerse; y Mephi-boseth el hijo de tu señor comerá siempre pan á mi mesa. Y tenía Siba quince hijos y veinte siervos.

Thou therefore, and thy sons, and thy servants, shall till the land for him, and thou shalt bring in the fruits, that thy master’s son may have food to eat: but Mephibosheth thy master’s son shall eat bread alway at my table. Now Ziba had fifteen sons and twenty servants.

Till the land for him—you, your sons, and your servants. Bring in the harvest, that your master’s son may have bread to eat; but Mephibosheth your master’s son will always eat bread at my table.” Now Ziba had fifteen sons and twenty servants.

Und Ziba sprach zu dem König: Nach allem, was mein Herr, der König, seinem Knecht gebietet, so wird dein Knecht tun. Und Mephiboseth, sprach der König, wird an meinem Tisch essen, wie einer von den Königssöhnen.

Y respondió Siba al rey: Conforme á todo lo que ha mandado mi señor el rey á su siervo, así lo hará tu siervo. Mephi-boseth, dijo el rey, comerá á mi mesa, como uno de los hijos del rey.

Then said Ziba unto the king, According to all that my lord the king hath commanded his servant, so shall thy servant do. As for Mephibosheth, said the king, he shall eat at my table, as one of the king’s sons.

Then Ziba said to the king, “According to all that my lord the king commands his servant, so your servant will do.” So Mephibosheth ate at the king’s table like one of the king’s sons.

Und Mephiboseth hatte einen kleinen Sohn, sein Name war Micha. Und alle, die im Haus Zibas wohnten, waren Mephiboseths Knechte.

Y tenía Mephi-boseth un hijo pequeño, que se llamaba Michâ. Y toda la familia de la casa de Siba eran siervos de Mephi-boseth.

And Mephibosheth had a young son, whose name was Micha. And all that dwelt in the house of Ziba were servants unto Mephibosheth.

Mephibosheth had a young son, whose name was Mica. All who lived in Ziba’s house were servants to Mephibosheth.

Und Mephiboseth wohnte in Jerusalem, denn er aß beständig am Tisch des Königs. Er war aber lahm an beiden Füßen.

Y moraba Mephi-boseth en Jerusalem, porque comía siempre á la mesa del rey: y era cojo de ambos pies.

So Mephibosheth dwelt in Jerusalem: for he did eat continually at the king’s table; and was lame on both his feet.

So Mephibosheth lived in Jerusalem, for he ate continually at the king’s table. He was lame in both his feet.
