2 Samuel 9

David fragte: »Ist noch jemand von Sauls Familie übriggeblieben? Ich will Barmherzigkeit an ihm üben um Jonathans willen.«

Y DIJO David: ¿Ha quedado alguno de la casa de Saúl, á quien haga yo misericordia por amor de Jonathán?

And David said, Is there yet any that is left of the house of Saul, that I may shew him kindness for Jonathan’s sake?

David said, “Is there yet any who is left of Saul’s house, that I may show him kindness for Jonathan’s sake?”

Nun war im Hause Sauls ein Diener namens Ziba; den berief man zu David, und der König fragte ihn: »Bist du Ziba?« Er antwortete: »Ja, dein Knecht.«

Y había un siervo de la casa de Saúl, que se llamaba Siba, al cual como llamaron que viniese á David, el rey le dijo: ¿Eres tú Siba? Y él respondió: Tu siervo.

And there was of the house of Saul a servant whose name was Ziba. And when they had called him unto David, the king said unto him, Art thou Ziba? And he said, Thy servant is he.

There was of Saul’s house a servant whose name was Ziba, and they called him to David; and the king said to him, “Are you Ziba?” He said, “I am your servant.”

Der König fragte weiter: »Ist niemand mehr da von Sauls Familie, daß ich ihm Gottes Barmherzigkeit erweisen könnte?« Da antwortete Ziba dem König: »Doch, es lebt noch ein Sohn Jonathans, der an den Füßen lahm ist.«

Y el rey dijo: ¿No ha quedado nadie de la casa de Saúl, á quien haga yo misericordia de Dios? Y Siba respondió al rey: Aun ha quedado un hijo de Jonathán, lisiado de los pies.

And the king said, Is there not yet any of the house of Saul, that I may shew the kindness of God unto him? And Ziba said unto the king, Jonathan hath yet a son, which is lame on his feet.

The king said, “Is there not yet any of Saul’s house, that I may show the kindness of God to him?” Ziba said to the king, “Jonathan still has a son, who is lame in his feet.”

Als der König ihn nun fragte, wo dieser sich befinde, erwiderte Ziba dem König: »Er befindet sich zu Lodebar im Hause Machirs, des Sohnes Ammiels.«

Entonces el rey le dijo: ¿Y ése dónde está? Y Siba respondió al rey: He aquí, está en casa de Machîr hijo de Amiel, en Lodebar.

And the king said unto him, Where is he? And Ziba said unto the king, Behold, he is in the house of Machir, the son of Ammiel, in Lo-debar.

The king said to him, “Where is he?” Ziba said to the king, “Behold, he is in the house of Machir the son of Ammiel, in Lo Debar.”

Da sandte der König David hin und ließ ihn aus Lodebar aus dem Hause Machirs, des Sohnes Ammiels, holen.

Y envió el rey David, y tomólo de casa de Machîr hijo de Amiel, de Lodebar.

Then king David sent, and fetched him out of the house of Machir, the son of Ammiel, from Lo-debar.

Then King David sent and brought him out of the house of Machir the son of Ammiel, from Lo Debar.

Als nun Mephiboseth, der Sohn Jonathans, des Sohnes Sauls, zu David kam, warf er sich vor ihm auf sein Angesicht nieder und brachte ihm seine Huldigung dar. Da sagte David zu ihm: »Mephiboseth!« Er antwortete: »Hier ist dein Knecht!«

Y venido Mephi-boseth, hijo de Jonathán hijo de Saúl, á David, postróse sobre su rostro, é hizo reverencia. Y dijo David: Mephi-boseth. Y él respondió: He aquí tu siervo.

Now when Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan, the son of Saul, was come unto David, he fell on his face, and did reverence. And David said, Mephibosheth. And he answered, Behold thy servant!

Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan, the son of Saul, came to David, fell on his face, and showed respect. David said, “Mephibosheth?” He answered, “Behold, your servant!”

Dann fuhr David fort: »Fürchte dich nicht! Denn ich will dir um deines Vaters Jonathan willen Barmherzigkeit erweisen und dir den ganzen Grundbesitz deines Großvaters Saul zurückgeben; du selbst aber sollst allezeit an meinem Tische speisen.«

Y díjole David: No tengas temor, porque yo á la verdad haré contigo misericordia por amor de Jonathán tu padre, y te haré volver todas las tierras de Saúl tu padre; y tú comerás siempre pan á mi mesa.

And David said unto him, Fear not: for I will surely shew thee kindness for Jonathan thy father’s sake, and will restore thee all the land of Saul thy father; and thou shalt eat bread at my table continually.

David said to him, “Don’t be afraid, for I will surely show you kindness for Jonathan your father’s sake, and will restore to you all the land of Saul your father. You will eat bread at my table continually.”

Da verneigte sich jener und sagte: »Was ist dein Knecht, daß du deine Gnade einem toten Hunde zuwendest, wie ich einer bin!«

Y él inclinándose, dijo: ¿Quién es tu siervo, para que mires á un perro muerto como yo?

And he bowed himself, and said, What is thy servant, that thou shouldest look upon such a dead dog as I am?

He bowed down, and said, “What is your servant, that you should look at such a dead dog as I am?”

Darauf ließ der König den Diener Sauls, Ziba, kommen und sagte zu ihm: »Alles, was Saul und seinem ganzen Hause gehört hat, habe ich dem Sohne deines (früheren) Herrn zurückgegeben.

Entonces el rey llamó á Siba, siervo de Saúl, y díjole: Todo lo que fué de Saúl y de toda su casa, yo lo he dado al hijo de tu señor.

Then the king called to Ziba, Saul’s servant, and said unto him, I have given unto thy master’s son all that pertained to Saul and to all his house.

Then the king called to Ziba, Saul’s servant, and said to him, “All that belonged to Saul and to all his house I have given to your master’s son.

Du aber sollst ihm das Feld bestellen, du mit deinen Söhnen und Knechten, und sollst die Ernte einbringen, damit (das Haus) des Sohnes deines (früheren) Herrn zu leben hat; Mephiboseth aber, der Sohn deines (früheren) Herrn, wird regelmäßig an meinem Tische speisen.« Ziba hatte aber fünfzehn Söhne und zwanzig Knechte.

Tú pues le labrarás las tierras, tú con tus hijos, y tus siervos, y encerrarás los frutos, para que el hijo de tu señor tenga con qué mantenerse; y Mephi-boseth el hijo de tu señor comerá siempre pan á mi mesa. Y tenía Siba quince hijos y veinte siervos.

Thou therefore, and thy sons, and thy servants, shall till the land for him, and thou shalt bring in the fruits, that thy master’s son may have food to eat: but Mephibosheth thy master’s son shall eat bread alway at my table. Now Ziba had fifteen sons and twenty servants.

Till the land for him—you, your sons, and your servants. Bring in the harvest, that your master’s son may have bread to eat; but Mephibosheth your master’s son will always eat bread at my table.” Now Ziba had fifteen sons and twenty servants.

Da antwortete Ziba dem König: »Ganz so, wie mein Herr und König seinem Knechte befiehlt, wird dein Knecht es ausrichten.« So speiste denn Mephiboseth an Davids Tisch, als wäre er einer von den Königssöhnen.

Y respondió Siba al rey: Conforme á todo lo que ha mandado mi señor el rey á su siervo, así lo hará tu siervo. Mephi-boseth, dijo el rey, comerá á mi mesa, como uno de los hijos del rey.

Then said Ziba unto the king, According to all that my lord the king hath commanded his servant, so shall thy servant do. As for Mephibosheth, said the king, he shall eat at my table, as one of the king’s sons.

Then Ziba said to the king, “According to all that my lord the king commands his servant, so your servant will do.” So Mephibosheth ate at the king’s table like one of the king’s sons.

Mephiboseth aber hatte einen kleinen Sohn namens Micha, und alle, die im Hause Zibas wohnten, waren nun Knechte in Mephiboseths Diensten.

Y tenía Mephi-boseth un hijo pequeño, que se llamaba Michâ. Y toda la familia de la casa de Siba eran siervos de Mephi-boseth.

And Mephibosheth had a young son, whose name was Micha. And all that dwelt in the house of Ziba were servants unto Mephibosheth.

Mephibosheth had a young son, whose name was Mica. All who lived in Ziba’s house were servants to Mephibosheth.

Mephiboseth selbst aber wohnte in Jerusalem, weil er regelmäßig an der Tafel des Königs speiste; er war aber an beiden Füßen lahm.

Y moraba Mephi-boseth en Jerusalem, porque comía siempre á la mesa del rey: y era cojo de ambos pies.

So Mephibosheth dwelt in Jerusalem: for he did eat continually at the king’s table; and was lame on both his feet.

So Mephibosheth lived in Jerusalem, for he ate continually at the king’s table. He was lame in both his feet.
