Y DIJO David: ¿Ha quedado alguno de la casa de Saúl, á quien haga yo misericordia por amor de Jonathán?
And David said, Is there yet any that is left of the house of Saul, that I may shew him kindness for Jonathan’s sake?
David said, “Is there yet any who is left of Saul’s house, that I may show him kindness for Jonathan’s sake?”
Na família de Saul havia um servo que se chamava Ziba, e o levaram para Davi. O rei lhe disse: "Tu és Ziba?". Ele respondeu: "Sim, sou teu servo".
Y había un siervo de la casa de Saúl, que se llamaba Siba, al cual como llamaron que viniese á David, el rey le dijo: ¿Eres tú Siba? Y él respondió: Tu siervo.
And there was of the house of Saul a servant whose name was Ziba. And when they had called him unto David, the king said unto him, Art thou Ziba? And he said, Thy servant is he.
There was of Saul’s house a servant whose name was Ziba, and they called him to David; and the king said to him, “Are you Ziba?” He said, “I am your servant.”
Então, o rei disse: "Existe alguém ainda da família de Saul a quem eu possa mostrar a bondade de Deus?". Ziba respondeu para o rei: "Jônatas ainda tem um filho, que é aleijado dos pés".
Y el rey dijo: ¿No ha quedado nadie de la casa de Saúl, á quien haga yo misericordia de Dios? Y Siba respondió al rey: Aun ha quedado un hijo de Jonathán, lisiado de los pies.
And the king said, Is there not yet any of the house of Saul, that I may shew the kindness of God unto him? And Ziba said unto the king, Jonathan hath yet a son, which is lame on his feet.
The king said, “Is there not yet any of Saul’s house, that I may show the kindness of God to him?” Ziba said to the king, “Jonathan still has a son, who is lame in his feet.”
O rei lhe disse: "Onde ele está?". Ziba respondeu ao rei: "Está na casa de Maquir, filho de Amiel, em Lo-Debar".
Entonces el rey le dijo: ¿Y ése dónde está? Y Siba respondió al rey: He aquí, está en casa de Machîr hijo de Amiel, en Lodebar.
And the king said unto him, Where is he? And Ziba said unto the king, Behold, he is in the house of Machir, the son of Ammiel, in Lo-debar.
The king said to him, “Where is he?” Ziba said to the king, “Behold, he is in the house of Machir the son of Ammiel, in Lo Debar.”
Então, o rei Davi mandou trazê-lo, e o trouxeram da casa de Maquir, filho de Amil, de Lo-Debar.

Then king David sent, and fetched him out of the house of Machir, the son of Ammiel, from Lo-debar.

Então, Mefibosete, filho de Jônatas, filho de Saul, veio a Davi e prostrou-se com a face no chão em honra a Davi. Davi disse: "Mefibosete!". Ele respondeu: "Sim, sou teu servo!".
Y venido Mephi-boseth, hijo de Jonathán hijo de Saúl, á David, postróse sobre su rostro, é hizo reverencia. Y dijo David: Mephi-boseth. Y él respondió: He aquí tu siervo.
Now when Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan, the son of Saul, was come unto David, he fell on his face, and did reverence. And David said, Mephibosheth. And he answered, Behold thy servant!
Mephibosheth, the son of Jonathan, the son of Saul, came to David, fell on his face, and showed respect. David said, “Mephibosheth?” He answered, “Behold, your servant!”
Davi lhe disse: "Não tenhas medo, pois certamente te mostrarei bondade por amor de Jônatas, teu pai, e restituirei todas as terras de Saul, teu avô, e comerás sempre à minha mesa".
Y díjole David: No tengas temor, porque yo á la verdad haré contigo misericordia por amor de Jonathán tu padre, y te haré volver todas las tierras de Saúl tu padre; y tú comerás siempre pan á mi mesa.
And David said unto him, Fear not: for I will surely shew thee kindness for Jonathan thy father’s sake, and will restore thee all the land of Saul thy father; and thou shalt eat bread at my table continually.
David said to him, “Don’t be afraid, for I will surely show you kindness for Jonathan your father’s sake, and will restore to you all the land of Saul your father. You will eat bread at my table continually.”
Mefibosete se prostrou e disse: "Quem é o teu servo, para teres olhado com favor para um cachorro morto como eu?".
Y él inclinándose, dijo: ¿Quién es tu siervo, para que mires á un perro muerto como yo?
And he bowed himself, and said, What is thy servant, that thou shouldest look upon such a dead dog as I am?
He bowed down, and said, “What is your servant, that you should look at such a dead dog as I am?”
Então, o rei chamou por Ziba, o servo de Saul, e lhe disse: "Tudo o que pertencia a Saul e à sua família eu darei ao neto do teu senhor.
Entonces el rey llamó á Siba, siervo de Saúl, y díjole: Todo lo que fué de Saúl y de toda su casa, yo lo he dado al hijo de tu señor.
Then the king called to Ziba, Saul’s servant, and said unto him, I have given unto thy master’s son all that pertained to Saul and to all his house.
Then the king called to Ziba, Saul’s servant, and said to him, “All that belonged to Saul and to all his house I have given to your master’s son.
Tu, teus filhos e teus servos lavrareis a terra para ele e tu colherás a safra para que o neto do teu senhor tenha sempre o que comer. Todavia, Mefibosete, neto do teu senhor, sempre comerá à minha mesa". Ziba tinha quinze filhos e vinte servos.
Tú pues le labrarás las tierras, tú con tus hijos, y tus siervos, y encerrarás los frutos, para que el hijo de tu señor tenga con qué mantenerse; y Mephi-boseth el hijo de tu señor comerá siempre pan á mi mesa. Y tenía Siba quince hijos y veinte siervos.
Thou therefore, and thy sons, and thy servants, shall till the land for him, and thou shalt bring in the fruits, that thy master’s son may have food to eat: but Mephibosheth thy master’s son shall eat bread alway at my table. Now Ziba had fifteen sons and twenty servants.
Till the land for him—you, your sons, and your servants. Bring in the harvest, that your master’s son may have bread to eat; but Mephibosheth your master’s son will always eat bread at my table.” Now Ziba had fifteen sons and twenty servants.
Então, Ziba disse ao rei: "Teu servo fará tudo o que meu mestre, o rei, ordenar". O rei acrescentou: "A respeito de Mefibosete, ele comerá à minha mesa, como um dos filhos do rei".
Y respondió Siba al rey: Conforme á todo lo que ha mandado mi señor el rey á su siervo, así lo hará tu siervo. Mephi-boseth, dijo el rey, comerá á mi mesa, como uno de los hijos del rey.
Then said Ziba unto the king, According to all that my lord the king hath commanded his servant, so shall thy servant do. As for Mephibosheth, said the king, he shall eat at my table, as one of the king’s sons.
Then Ziba said to the king, “According to all that my lord the king commands his servant, so your servant will do.” So Mephibosheth ate at the king’s table like one of the king’s sons.
Mefibosete tinha um filho jovem que se chamava Mica. Todos os que viviam na casa de Ziba foram servos de Mefibosete.
Y tenía Mephi-boseth un hijo pequeño, que se llamaba Michâ. Y toda la familia de la casa de Siba eran siervos de Mephi-boseth.
And Mephibosheth had a young son, whose name was Micha. And all that dwelt in the house of Ziba were servants unto Mephibosheth.

Então, Mefibosete viveu em Jerusalém e sempre comia à mesa do rei, mesmo sendo aleijado de ambos os pés.
Y moraba Mephi-boseth en Jerusalem, porque comía siempre á la mesa del rey: y era cojo de ambos pies.
So Mephibosheth dwelt in Jerusalem: for he did eat continually at the king’s table; and was lame on both his feet.
So Mephibosheth lived in Jerusalem, for he ate continually at the king’s table. He was lame in both his feet.
