Paulus und Silvanus und Timotheus: Der Gemeinde zu Thessalonich in Gott, unserm Vater, und dem Herm Jesu Christo.

PABLO, y Silvano, y Timoteo, á la iglesia de los Tesalonicenses que es en Dios nuestro Padre y en el Señor Jesucristo:

Gnade sei mit euch und Friede von Gott, unserm Vater, und dem Herm Jesu Christo!

Gracia y paz á vosotros de Dios nuestro Padre y del Señor Jesucristo.

Grace unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Wir sollen Gott danken allezeit um euch, liebe Bruder, wie es billig ist. Denn euer Glaube wachset sehr, und die Liebe eines jeglichen unter euch alien nimmt zu gegeneinander,

Debemos siempre dar gracias á Dios de vosotros, hermanos, como es digno, por cuanto vuestra fe va creciendo, y la caridad de cada uno de todos vosotros abunda entre vosotros;

We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth;

We are bound to always give thanks to God for you, brothers, even as it is appropriate, because your faith grows exceedingly, and the love of each and every one of you toward one another abounds,

also daß wir uns euer ruhmen unter den Gemeinden Gottes von eurer Geduld und Glauben in alien euren Verfolqunqen und Trubsalen, die ihr duldet,

Tanto, que nosotros mismos nos gloriamos de vosotros en las iglesias de Dios, de vuestra paciencia y fe en todas vuestras persecuciones y tribulaciones que sufrís:

So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure:

so that we ourselves boast about you in the assemblies of God for your perseverance and faith in all your persecutions and in the afflictions which you endure.

welches anzeiget, daß Gott recht richten wird, und ihr wurdig werdet zum Reich Gottes, uber welchem ihr auch leidet,

Una demostración del justo juicio de Dios, para que seáis tenidos por dignos del reino de Dios, por el cual asimismo padecéis.

Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer:

This is an obvious sign of the righteous judgment of God, to the end that you may be counted worthy of God’s Kingdom, for which you also suffer.

nachdem es recht ist bei Gott, zu vergelten Trubsal denen, die euch Trubsal anlegen,

Porque es justo para con Dios pagar con tribulación á los que os atribulan.

Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;

For it is a righteous thing with God to repay affliction to those who afflict you,

euch aber, die ihr Trubsal leidet, Ruhe mit uns, wenn nun der Herr Jesus wird offenbart werden vom Himmel samt den Engeln seiner Kraft

Y á vosotros, que sois atribulados, dar reposo con nosotros, cuando se manifestará el Señor Jesús del cielo con los ángeles de su potencia,

And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,

and to give relief to you who are afflicted with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with his mighty angels in flaming fire,

und mit Feuerflammen, Rache zu geben uber die, so Gott nicht erkennen, und uber die, so nicht gehorsam sind dem Evangelium unsers Herm Jesu Christi;

En llama de fuego, para dar el pago á los que no conocieron á Dios, ni obedecen al evangelio de nuestro Señor Jesucristo;

In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:

punishing those who don’t know God, and to those who don’t obey the Good News of our Lord Jesus,

welche werden Pein leiden, das ewige Verderben, von dem Angesichte des Herm und von seiner herrlichen Macht,

Los cuales serán castigados de eterna perdición por la presencia del Señor, y por la gloria de su potencia,

Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;

who will pay the penalty: eternal destruction from the face of the Lord and from the glory of his might,

wenn er kommen wird, daß er herrlich erscheine mit seinen Heiligen und wunderbar mit alien Glaubigen. Denn unser Zeugnis an euch von demselbigen Tage habt ihrgeglaubet.

Cuando viniere para ser glorificado en sus santos, y á hacerse admirable en aquel día en todos los que creyeron: (por cuanto nuestro testimonio ha sido creído entre vosotros.)

When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.

when he comes in that day to be glorified in his saints and to be admired among all those who have believed, because our testimony to you was believed.

Und derhalben beten wir auch allezeit fur euch, daß unser Gott euch wurdig mache der Berufung und erfulle alles Wohlgefallen der Güte und das Werk des Glaubens in der Kraft,

Por lo cual, asimismo oramos siempre por vosotros, que nuestro Dios os tenga por dignos de su vocación, é hincha de bondad todo buen intento, y toda obra de fe con potencia,

Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power:

To this end we also pray always for you that our God may count you worthy of your calling, and fulfill every desire of goodness and work of faith with power,

auf daß an euch gepreiset werde der Name unsers Herm Jesu Christi und ihr an ihm nach der Gnade unsers Gottes und des Herm Jesu Christi.

Para que el nombre de nuestro Señor Jesucristo sea glorificado en vosotros, y vosotros en él, por la gracia de nuestro Dios y del Señor Jesucristo.

That the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and ye in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.
