Paul, et Silvain, et Timothée : à l’Eglise des Thessaloniciens qui est en Dieu notre Père, et en notre Seigneur Jésus-Christ ;

PABLO, y Silvano, y Timoteo, á la iglesia de los Tesalonicenses que es en Dios nuestro Padre y en el Señor Jesucristo:

Que la grâce et la paix vous soient données de la part de Dieu notre Père, et de la part du Seigneur Jésus-Christ.

Gracia y paz á vosotros de Dios nuestro Padre y del Señor Jesucristo.

Grace unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Mes frères, nous devons toujours rendre grâces à Dieu à cause de vous, comme il est bien raisonnable, parce que votre foi s’augmente beaucoup, et que votre charité mutuelle fait des progrès.

Debemos siempre dar gracias á Dios de vosotros, hermanos, como es digno, por cuanto vuestra fe va creciendo, y la caridad de cada uno de todos vosotros abunda entre vosotros;

We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth;

We are bound to always give thanks to God for you, brothers, even as it is appropriate, because your faith grows exceedingly, and the love of each and every one of you toward one another abounds,

De sorte que nous-mêmes nous nous glorifions de vous dans les Eglises de Dieu, à cause de votre patience et de votre foi dans toutes vos persécutions, et dans les afflictions que vous soutenez ;

Tanto, que nosotros mismos nos gloriamos de vosotros en las iglesias de Dios, de vuestra paciencia y fe en todas vuestras persecuciones y tribulaciones que sufrís:

So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure:

so that we ourselves boast about you in the assemblies of God for your perseverance and faith in all your persecutions and in the afflictions which you endure.

Qui sont une manifeste démonstration du juste jugement de Dieu ; afin que vous soyez estimés dignes du Royaume de Dieu, pour lequel aussi vous souffrez.

Una demostración del justo juicio de Dios, para que seáis tenidos por dignos del reino de Dios, por el cual asimismo padecéis.

Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer:

This is an obvious sign of the righteous judgment of God, to the end that you may be counted worthy of God’s Kingdom, for which you also suffer.

Puisque c’est une chose juste devant Dieu, qu’il rende l’affliction à ceux qui vous affligent ;

Porque es justo para con Dios pagar con tribulación á los que os atribulan.

Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;

For it is a righteous thing with God to repay affliction to those who afflict you,

Et qu’il vous donne du relâche à vous qui êtes affligés, de même qu’à nous, lorsque le Seigneur Jésus sera révélé du Ciel avec les Anges de sa puissance ;

Y á vosotros, que sois atribulados, dar reposo con nosotros, cuando se manifestará el Señor Jesús del cielo con los ángeles de su potencia,

And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,

and to give relief to you who are afflicted with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with his mighty angels in flaming fire,

Avec des flammes de feu, exerçant la vengeance contre ceux qui ne connaissent point Dieu, et contre ceux qui n’obéissent point à l’Evangile de notre Seigneur Jésus-Christ ;

En llama de fuego, para dar el pago á los que no conocieron á Dios, ni obedecen al evangelio de nuestro Señor Jesucristo;

In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ:

punishing those who don’t know God, and to those who don’t obey the Good News of our Lord Jesus,

Lesquels seront punis d’une perdition éternelle, par la présence du Seigneur, et par la gloire de sa force ;

Los cuales serán castigados de eterna perdición por la presencia del Señor, y por la gloria de su potencia,

Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;

who will pay the penalty: eternal destruction from the face of the Lord and from the glory of his might,

Quand il viendra pour être glorifié en ce jour-là dans ses saints, et pour être rendu admirable en tous ceux qui croient ; parce que vous avez cru le témoignage que nous vous en avons rendu.

Cuando viniere para ser glorificado en sus santos, y á hacerse admirable en aquel día en todos los que creyeron: (por cuanto nuestro testimonio ha sido creído entre vosotros.)

When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (because our testimony among you was believed) in that day.

when he comes in that day to be glorified in his saints and to be admired among all those who have believed, because our testimony to you was believed.

C’est pourquoi nous prions toujours pour vous, que notre Dieu vous rende dignes de sa vocation, et qu’il accomplisse puissamment en vous tout le bon plaisir de sa bonté, et l’oeuvre de la foi.

Por lo cual, asimismo oramos siempre por vosotros, que nuestro Dios os tenga por dignos de su vocación, é hincha de bondad todo buen intento, y toda obra de fe con potencia,

Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power:

To this end we also pray always for you that our God may count you worthy of your calling, and fulfill every desire of goodness and work of faith with power,

Afin que le Nom de notre Seigneur Jésus-Christ soit glorifié en vous, et vous en lui, selon la grâce de notre Dieu, et du Seigneur Jésus-Christ.

Para que el nombre de nuestro Señor Jesucristo sea glorificado en vosotros, y vosotros en él, por la gracia de nuestro Dios y del Señor Jesucristo.

That the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and ye in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.
