Au reste, mes frères, priez pour nous, afin que la parole du Seigneur ait son cours, et qu’elle soit glorifiée comme elle l’est parmi vous ;

RESTA, hermanos, que oréis por nosotros, que la palabra del Señor corra y sea glorificada así como entre vosotros:

Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you:

Finally, brothers, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may spread rapidly and be glorified, even as also with you,

Et que nous soyons délivrés des hommes fâcheux et méchants ; car la foi n’est point de tous.

Y que seamos librados de hombres importunos y malos; porque no es de todos la fe.

And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith.

and that we may be delivered from unreasonable and evil men; for not all have faith.

Or le Seigneur est fidèle, qui vous affermira, et vous gardera du mal.

Mas fiel es el Señor, que os confirmará y guardará del mal.

But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil.

But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one.

Aussi nous assurons-nous de vous par le Seigneur, que vous faites, et que vous ferez toutes les choses que nous vous commandons.

Y tenemos confianza de vosotros en el Señor, que hacéis y haréis lo que os hemos mandado.

And we have confidence in the Lord touching you, that ye both do and will do the things which we command you.

We have confidence in the Lord concerning you, that you both do and will do the things we command.

Or le Seigneur veuille diriger vos coeurs à l’amour de Dieu, et à l’attente de Christ.

Y el Señor enderece vuestros corazones en el amor de Dios, y en la paciencia de Cristo.

And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patient waiting for Christ.

May the Lord direct your hearts into God’s love and into the perseverance of Christ.

Nous vous recommandons aussi, mes frères, au Nom de notre Seigneur Jésus-Christ, de vous retirer de tout frère qui se conduit d’une manière irrégulière, et non pas selon l’enseignement qu’il a reçu de nous.

Empero os denunciamos, hermanos, en el nombre de nuestro Señor Jesucristo, que os apartéis de todo hermano que anduviere fuera de orden, y no conforme á la doctrina que recibieron de nosotros:

Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye withdraw yourselves from every brother that walketh disorderly, and not after the tradition which he received of us.

Now we command you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you withdraw yourselves from every brother who walks in rebellion and not after the tradition which they received from us.

Car vous savez vous-mêmes comment il faut que vous nous imitiez ; vu qu’il n’y a eu rien d’irrégulier dans la manière dont nous nous sommes conduits parmi vous ;

Porque vosotros mismos sabéis de qué manera debéis imitarnos: porque no anduvimos desordenadamente entre vosotros,

For yourselves know how ye ought to follow us: for we behaved not ourselves disorderly among you;

For you know how you ought to imitate us. For we didn’t behave ourselves rebelliously among you,

Et que nous n’avons mangé gratuitement le pain de personne, mais dans le travail et dans la peine, travaillant nuit et jour, afin de ne charger aucun de vous.

Ni comimos el pan de ninguno de balde; antes, obrando con trabajo y fatiga de noche y de día, por no ser gravosos á ninguno de vosotros;

Neither did we eat any man’s bread for nought; but wrought with labour and travail night and day, that we might not be chargeable to any of you:

neither did we eat bread from anyone’s hand without paying for it, but in labor and travail worked night and day, that we might not burden any of you.

Non que nous n’en ayons bien le pouvoir, mais afin de nous donner nous-mêmes à vous pour modèle, afin que vous nous imitiez.

No porque no tuviésemos potestad, sino por daros en nosotros un dechado, para que nos imitaseis.

Not because we have not power, but to make ourselves an ensample unto you to follow us.

This was not because we don’t have the right, but to make ourselves an example to you, that you should imitate us.

Car aussi quand nous étions avec vous, nous vous dénoncions ceci : que si quelqu’un ne veut pas travailler, qu’il ne mange point aussi.

Porque aun estando con vosotros, os denunciábamos esto: Que si alguno no quisiere trabajar, tampoco coma.

For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.

For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: “If anyone is not willing to work, don’t let him eat.”

Car nous apprenons qu’il y en a quelques-uns parmi vous qui se conduisent d’une manière déréglée, ne faisant rien, mais vivant dans la curiosité.

Porque oímos que andan algunos entre vosotros fuera de orden, no trabajando en nada, sino ocupados en curiosear.

For we hear that there are some which walk among you disorderly, working not at all, but are busybodies.

For we hear of some who walk among you in rebellion, who don’t work at all, but are busybodies.

Nous dénonçons donc à ceux qui sont tels, et nous les exhortons par notre Seigneur Jésus-Christ, qu’en travaillant ils mangent leur pain paisiblement.

Y á los tales requerimos y rogamos por nuestro Señor Jesucristo, que, trabajando con reposo, coman su pan.

Now them that are such we command and exhort by our Lord Jesus Christ, that with quietness they work, and eat their own bread.

Now those who are that way, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that they work with quietness and eat their own bread.

Mais pour vous, mes frères, ne vous lassez point en bien faisant.

Y vosotros, hermanos, no os canséis de hacer bien.

But ye, brethren, be not weary in well doing.

But you, brothers, don’t be weary in doing what is right.

Et si quelqu’un n’obéit point à notre parole, renfermée dans cette Epître, faites-le connaître ; et ne conversez point avec lui, afin qu’il en ait honte.

Y si alguno no obedeciere á nuestra palabra por carta, notad al tal, y no os juntéis con él, para que se avergüence.

And if any man obey not our word by this epistle, note that man, and have no company with him, that he may be ashamed.

If any man doesn’t obey our word in this letter, note that man and have no company with him, to the end that he may be ashamed.

Toutefois ne le tenez point comme un ennemi, mais avertissez-le comme un frère.

Mas no lo tengáis como á enemigo, sino amonestadle como á hermano.

Yet count him not as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother.

Don’t count him as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother.

Or le Seigneur de paix vous donne toujours la paix en toute manière ! Le Seigneur soit avec vous tous.

Y el mismo Señor de paz os dé siempre paz en toda manera. El Señor sea con todos vosotros.

Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all.

Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in all ways. The Lord be with you all.

La salutation qui est de la propre main de moi Paul, et qui est un signe dans toutes mes Epîtres, c’est que j’écris ainsi :

Salud de mi mano, Pablo, que es mi signo en toda carta mía: así escribo.

The salutation of Paul with mine own hand, which is the token in every epistle: so I write.

I, Paul, write this greeting with my own hand, which is the sign in every letter. This is how I write.

Que la grâce de notre Seigneur Jésus Christ soit avec vous tous, Amen. ===============================================================================

La gracia de nuestro Señor Jesucristo sea con todos vosotros. Amén. La segunda Epístola á los Tesalonicenses fué escrita de Atenas.
