and that they awake out of the snare of the Devil, having been taken captive by him, so as to do the will of that one.

Y se zafen del lazo del diablo, en que están cautivos á voluntad de él.

And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

and they may recover themselves out of the devil’s snare, having been taken captive by him to do his will.
