Dieses aber wisse, dass in den letzten Tagen schwere Zeiten da sein werden;

For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

For men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,

ohne natürliche Liebe, unversöhnlich, Verleumder, unenthaltsam, grausam, das Gute nicht liebend,

Sin afecto, desleales, calumniadores, destemplados, crueles, aborrecedores de lo bueno,

Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

without natural affection, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, not lovers of good,

Verräter, verwegen, aufgeblasen, mehr das Vergnügen liebend als Gott,

Traidores, arrebatados, hinchados, amadores de los deleites más que de Dios;

Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

traitors, headstrong, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,

die eine Form der Gottseligkeit haben, deren Kraft aber verleugnen; und von diesen wende dich weg.

Teniendo apariencia de piedad, mas habiendo negado la eficacia de ella: y á éstos evita.

Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

Denn aus diesen sind, die sich in die Häuser schleichen und Weiblein gefangen nehmen, die, mit Sünden beladen, von verschiedenen Lüsten getrieben werden,

For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,

die allezeit lernen und niemals zur Erkenntnis der Wahrheit kommen können.

Que siempre aprenden, y nunca pueden acabar de llegar al conocimiento de la verdad.

In gleicher Weise aber wie Jannes und Jambres Mose widerstanden, so widerstehen auch diese der Wahrheit, Menschen, verdorben in der Gesinnung, unbewährt hinsichtlich des Glaubens.

Y de la manera que Jannes y Jambres resistieron á Moisés, así también éstos resisten á la verdad; hombres corruptos de entendimiento, réprobos acerca de la fe.

Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.

Sie werden aber nicht weiter fortschreiten, denn ihr Unverstand wird allen offenbar werden, wie auch der von jenen es wurde.

But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,

But you followed my teaching, conduct, purpose, faith, patience, love, steadfastness,

Persecuciones, aflicciones, cuales me sobrevinieron en Antioquía, en Iconio, en Listra, cuales persecuciones he sufrido; y de todas me ha librado el Señor.

Alle aber auch, die gottselig leben wollen in Christus Jesus, werden verfolgt werden.

Böse Menschen aber und Gaukler werden im Bösen fortschreiten, indem sie verführen und verführt werden.

und weil du von Kind auf die heiligen Schriften kennst, die vermögend sind, dich weise zu machen zur Seligkeit durch den Glauben, der in Christus Jesus ist.

Y que desde la niñez has sabido las Sagradas Escrituras, las cuales te pueden hacer sabio para la salud por la fe que es en Cristo Jesús.

And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

Alle Schrift ist von Gott eingegeben und nütze zur Lehre, zur Überführung, zur Zurechtweisung, zur Unterweisung in der Gerechtigkeit,

Toda Escritura es inspirada divinamente y útil para enseñar, para redargüir, para corregir, para instituir en justicia,

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

damit der Mensch Gottes vollkommen sei, zu jedem guten Werk völlig geschickt.

Para que el hombre de Dios sea perfecto, enteramente instruído para toda buena obra.

That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
