Eu escrevi à igreja a respeito disto, porém o orgulhoso Diótrefes, que gosta de aparecer como líder dos cristãos daí, se recusa a ouvir-nos.

Yo he escrito á la iglesia: mas Diótrefes, que ama tener el primado entre ellos, no nos recibe.

I wrote unto the church: but Diotrephes, who loveth to have the preeminence among them, receiveth us not.

I wrote to the assembly, but Diotrephes, who loves to be first among them, doesn’t accept what we say.
