Hechos 13

E havia em Antioquia, na igreja que estava ali , alguns profetas e mestres: Barnabé e Simeão, chamado Níger, e Lúcio cireneu, e Manaem, que tinha sido criado na infância junto com Herodes o Tetrarca, e Saulo.

HABÍA entonces en la iglesia que estaba en Antioquía, profetas y doctores: Bernabé, y Simón el que se llamaba Niger, y Lucio Cireneo, y Manahén, que había sido criado con Herodes el tetrarca, y Saulo.

Now there were in the church that was at Antioch certain prophets and teachers; as Barnabas, and Simeon that was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene, and Manaen, which had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul.

Now in the assembly that was at Antioch there were some prophets and teachers: Barnabas, Simeon who was called Niger, Lucius of Cyrene, Manaen the foster brother of Herod the tetrarch, and Saul.

E tendo eles prestado serviço ao Senhor, e jejuado, o Espirito Santo disse: Separai-me a Barnabé e a Saulo, para a obra para a qual eu os tenho chamado.

Ministrando pues éstos al Señor, y ayunando, dijo el Espíritu Santo: Apartadme á Bernabé y á Saulo para la obra para la cual los he llamado.

As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them.

As they served the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, “Separate Barnabas and Saul for me, for the work to which I have called them.”

Então jejuando, e orando, e pondo as mãos sobre eles, os despediram.

Portanto estes, enviados pelo Espírito Santo, desceram a Selêucia, e dali navegaram para o Chipre.

E tendo chegado a Salamina, anunciavam a palavra de Deus nas sinagogas dos judeus; e também tinham a João como trabalhador para os auxiliar .

Y llegados á Salamina, anunciaban la palabra de Dios en las sinagogas de los Judíos: y tenían también á Juan en el ministerio.

And when they were at Salamis, they preached the word of God in the synagogues of the Jews: and they had also John to their minister.

E tendo eles atravessado a Ilha até Pafo, acharam a um certo mago, falso profeta, judeu, cujo nome era Barjesus.

Y habiendo atravesado toda la isla hasta Papho, hallaron un hombre mago, falso profeta, Judío, llamado Barjesús;

And when they had gone through the isle unto Paphos, they found a certain sorcerer, a false prophet, a Jew, whose name was Bar-jesus:

O qual estava com o procônsul Sérgio Paulo, homem prudente. Este, tendo chamado a si a Barnabé, e a Saulo, procurava muito ouvir a palavra de Deus.

El cual estaba con el procónsul Sergio Paulo, varón prudente. Este, llamando á Bernabé y á Saulo, deseaba oir la palabra de Dios.

Which was with the deputy of the country, Sergius Paulus, a prudent man; who called for Barnabas and Saul, and desired to hear the word of God.

Mas resistia-lhes Elimas, o mago (que assim significa seu nome), procurando afastar o procônsul da fé.

But Elymas the sorcerer (for so is his name by interpretation) withstood them, seeking to turn away the deputy from the faith.

Mas Saulo, que também se chama Paulo, cheio do Espírito Santo, e olhando fixamente para ele, disse:

Entonces Saulo, que también es Pablo, lleno del Espíritu Santo, poniendo en él los ojos,

Then Saul, (who also is called Paul,) filled with the Holy Ghost, set his eyes on him,

Ó filho do diabo, cheio de toda enganação e toda malícia, inimigo de toda justiça, não cessarás de perverter os corretos caminhos do Senhor?

Dijo: Oh, lleno de todo engaño y de toda maldad, hijo del diablo, enemigo de toda justicia, ¿no cesarás de trastornar los caminos rectos del Señor?

And said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?

and said, “You son of the devil, full of all deceit and all cunning, you enemy of all righteousness, will you not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?

E agora, eis que a mão do Senhor está contra ti, e serás cego, não vendo o sol por algum tempo.E no mesmo instante caiu sobre ele um embaçamento, e trevas; e ele, andando ao redor, procurava alguém que o guiasse pela mão.

Ahora pues, he aquí la mano del Señor es contra ti, y serás ciego, que no veas el sol por tiempo. Y luego cayeron en él obscuridad y tinieblas; y andando alrededor, buscaba quién le condujese por la mano.

And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a season. And immediately there fell on him a mist and a darkness; and he went about seeking some to lead him by the hand.

Now, behold, the hand of the Lord is on you, and you will be blind, not seeing the sun for a season!” Immediately a mist and darkness fell on him. He went around seeking someone to lead him by the hand.

Então o procônsul, vendo o que tinha acontecido, creu, espantado pela doutrina do Senhor.

Then the deputy, when he saw what was done, believed, being astonished at the doctrine of the Lord.

E tendo partido de Pafo, Paulo e os que estavam com ele foram a Perges, cidade da Panfília. Mas João, separando-se deles, voltou a Jerusalém.

Y partidos de Papho, Pablo y sus compañeros arribaron á Perge de Pamphylia: entonces Juan, apartándose de ellos, se volvió á Jerusalem.

Now when Paul and his company loosed from Paphos, they came to Perga in Pamphylia: and John departing from them returned to Jerusalem.

E eles, tendo passado de Perges, vieram a Antioquia, cidade da Pisídia; e ao entrarem na sinagoga n um dia de sábado, sentaram-se.

Y ellos pasando de Perge, llegaron á Antioquía de Pisidia, y entrando en la sinagoga un día de sábado, sentáronse.

But when they departed from Perga, they came to Antioch in Pisidia, and went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and sat down.

E depois da leitura da Lei e dos profetas, os chefes da sinagoga lhes mandaram, dizendo: Homens irmãos, se em vós há alguma palavra de exortação ao povo, dizei.

Y después de la lectura de la ley y de los profetas, los príncipes de la sinagoga enviaron á ellos, diciendo: Varones hermanos, si tenéis alguna palabra de exhortación para el pueblo, hablad.

And after the reading of the law and the prophets the rulers of the synagogue sent unto them, saying, Ye men and brethren, if ye have any word of exhortation for the people, say on.

E Paulo, levantando-se e fazendo gesto com a mão, disse: Homens israelitas, e vós os que temeis a Deus, ouvi:

Entonces Pablo, levantándose, hecha señal de silencio con la mano, dice: Varones Israelitas, y los que teméis á Dios, oid:

Then Paul stood up, and beckoning with his hand said, Men of Israel, and ye that fear God, give audience.

O Deus deste povo de Israel escolheu a nossos pais, e exaltou ao povo, sendo eles estrangeiros na terra do Egito, e com o braço levantando, ele os tirou dela.

El Dios del pueblo de Israel escogió á nuestros padres, y ensalzó al pueblo, siendo ellos extranjeros en la tierra de Egipto, y con brazo levantado los sacó de ella.

The God of this people of Israel chose our fathers, and exalted the people when they dwelt as strangers in the land of Egypt, and with an high arm brought he them out of it.

E pelo tempo de cerca de quarenta anos, ele suportou os costumes deles no deserto.

Y por tiempo como de cuarenta años soportó sus costumbres en el desierto;

And about the time of forty years suffered he their manners in the wilderness.

E tendo destruído a sete nações na terra de Canaã, repartiu-lhes as terras por sorte.

And when he had destroyed seven nations in the land of Chanaan, he divided their land to them by lot.

E depois disto, cerca de quatrocentos e cinquenta anos, ele lhes deu juízes, até o profeta Samuel.

Y después, como por cuatrocientos y cincuenta años, dióles jueces hasta el profeta Samuel.

And after that he gave unto them judges about the space of four hundred and fifty years, until Samuel the prophet.

E depois disto, pediram a um Rei, e ele lhes deu a Saul, filho de Quis, homem da tribo de Benjamim, durante quarenta anos.

Y entonces demandaron rey; y les dió Dios á Saúl, hijo de Cis, varón de la tribu de Benjamín, por cuarenta años.

And afterward they desired a king: and God gave unto them Saul the son of Cis, a man of the tribe of Benjamin, by the space of forty years.

E tirando a este, levantou-lhes por rei a Davi, ao qual também deu testemunho, e disse: Eu achei a Davi, filho de Jessé, um homem conforme o meu coração, que fará toda a minha vontade.

Y quitado aquél, levantóles por rey á David, al que dió también testimonio, diciendo: He hallado á David, hijo de Jessé, varón conforme á mi corazón, el cual hará todo lo que yo quiero.

And when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom also he gave testimony, and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will.

Da descendência deste, conforme a promessa, Deus trouxe um salvador a Israel, Jesus;

De la simiente de éste, Dios, conforme á la promesa, levantó á Jesús por Salvador á Israel;

Of this man’s seed hath God according to his promise raised unto Israel a Saviour, Jesus:

From this man’s offspring, God has brought salvation to Israel according to his promise,

Tendo João primeiro, antes de sua vinda, pregado o batismo de arrependimento a todo o povo de Israel.

Predicando Juan delante de la faz de su venida el bautismo de arrepentimiento á todo el pueblo de Israel.

When John had first preached before his coming the baptism of repentance to all the people of Israel.

Mas quando João cumpriu sua carreira, disse: Quem vós pensais que eu sou? Eu não sou o Cristo ,mas eis que após mim vem aquele, cujas sandálias dos pés eu não sou digno de desatar.

Mas como Juan cumpliese su carrera, dijo: ¿Quién pensáis que soy? No soy yo él; mas he aquí, viene tras mí uno, cuyo calzado de los pies no soy digno de desatar.

And as John fulfilled his course, he said, Whom think ye that I am? I am not he. But, behold, there cometh one after me, whose shoes of his feet I am not worthy to loose.

As John was fulfilling his course, he said, ‘What do you suppose that I am? I am not he. But behold, one comes after me, the sandals of whose feet I am not worthy to untie.’

Homens irmãos, filhos da descendência de Abraão, e os que dentre vós temem a Deus, a vós é enviada a palavra desta salvação.

Varones hermanos, hijos del linaje de Abraham, y los que entre vosotros temen á Dios, á vosotros es enviada la palabra de esta salud.

Men and brethren, children of the stock of Abraham, and whosoever among you feareth God, to you is the word of this salvation sent.

“Brothers, children of the stock of Abraham, and those among you who fear God, the word of this salvation is sent out to you.

Porque os que habitavam em Jerusalém, e seus líderes, não conhecendo a este, ao condenarem -no ,cumpriram as vozes dos profetas, que são lidas todos os sábados.

Porque los que habitaban en Jerusalem, y sus príncipes, no conociendo á éste, y las voces de los profetas que se leen todos los sábados, condenándole, las cumplieron.

For they that dwell at Jerusalem, and their rulers, because they knew him not, nor yet the voices of the prophets which are read every sabbath day, they have fulfilled them in condemning him.

For those who dwell in Jerusalem, and their rulers, because they didn’t know him, nor the voices of the prophets which are read every Sabbath, fulfilled them by condemning him.

E mesmo achando nenhum motivo para morte, pediram a Pilatos que fosse morto.

Y sin hallar en él causa de muerte, pidieron á Pilato que le matasen.

And though they found no cause of death in him, yet desired they Pilate that he should be slain.

Though they found no cause for death, they still asked Pilate to have him killed.

E tendo eles cumprido todas as coisas que estavam escritas sobre ele, tirando -o do madeiro, puseram -no na sepultura.

Y habiendo cumplido todas las cosas que de él estaban escritas, quitándolo del madero, lo pusieron en el sepulcro.

And when they had fulfilled all that was written of him, they took him down from the tree, and laid him in a sepulchre.

Mas Deus o ressuscitou dos mortos.

But God raised him from the dead:

O qual foi visto durante muitos dias pelos que haviam subido com ele da Galileia, que são suas testemunhas para com o povo.

And he was seen many days of them which came up with him from Galilee to Jerusalem, who are his witnesses unto the people.

E nós vos anunciamos o Evangelho da promessa que foi feita aos pais; ao qual Deus já nos cumpriu a nós, filhos deles, ressuscitando a Jesus.

Y nosotros también os anunciamos el evangelio de aquella promesa que fué hecha á los padres,

And we declare unto you glad tidings, how that the promise which was made unto the fathers,

We bring you good news of the promise made to the fathers,

Assim como está escrito no salmo segundo: Tu és meu Filho, hoje eu te gerei.

La cual Dios ha cumplido á los hijos de ellos, á nosotros, resucitando á Jesús: como también en el salmo segundo está escrito: Mi hijo eres tú, yo te he engendrado hoy.

God hath fulfilled the same unto us their children, in that he hath raised up Jesus again; as it is also written in the second psalm, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee.

that God has fulfilled this to us, their children, in that he raised up Jesus. As it is also written in the second psalm, ‘You are my Son. Today I have become your father.’

E quanto a que o ressuscitasse dos mortos, para nunca mais voltar à corrupção, assim disse: Eu vos darei as fiéis beneficências de Davi.

Y que le levantó de los muertos para nunca más volver á corrupción, así lo dijo: Os daré las misericordias fieles de David.

And as concerning that he raised him up from the dead, now no more to return to corruption, he said on this wise, I will give you the sure mercies of David.

“Concerning that he raised him up from the dead, now no more to return to corruption, he has spoken thus: ‘I will give you the holy and sure blessings of David.’

Por isso que também em outro salmo ele diz: Não permitirás que teu Santo veja corrupção.

Por eso dice también en otro lugar: No permitirás que tu Santo vea corrupción.

Wherefore he saith also in another psalm, Thou shalt not suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

Therefore he says also in another psalm, ‘You will not allow your Holy One to see decay.’

Porque na verdade, tendo Davi servido ao conselho de Deus, morreu, foi posto junto a seus pais, e viu corrupção.

Porque á la verdad David, habiendo servido en su edad á la voluntad de Dios, durmió, y fué juntado con sus padres, y vió corrupción:

For David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell on sleep, and was laid unto his fathers, and saw corruption:

For David, after he had in his own generation served the counsel of God, fell asleep, was laid with his fathers, and saw decay.

Mas aquele a quem Deus ressuscitou nenhuma corrupção viu.

Mas aquel que Dios levantó, no vió corrupción.

But he, whom God raised again, saw no corruption.

But he whom God raised up saw no decay.

Seja-vos pois conhecido, homens irmãos, que por este vos é anunciado o perdão dos pecados.

Séaos pues notorio, varones hermanos, que por éste os es anunciada remisión de pecados;

Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins:

Be it known to you therefore, brothers, that through this man is proclaimed to you remission of sins;

E de tudo o que pela lei de Moisés não pudestes ser justificados, neste é justificado todo aquele que crê.

Y de todo lo que por la ley de Moisés no pudisteis ser justificados, en éste es justificado todo aquel que creyere.

And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses.

and by him everyone who believes is justified from all things, from which you could not be justified by the law of Moses.

Então vede, para que não venha sobre vós o que está escrito nos livros dos profetas:

Mirad, pues, que no venga sobre vosotros lo que está dicho en los profetas;

Beware therefore, lest that come upon you, which is spoken of in the prophets;

Vós desprezadores, vede e espantai-vos, e desaparecei-vos; porque eu opero obra em vossos dias, obra na qual não crereis, se alguém vos contar.

Mirad, oh menospreciadores, y entonteceos, y desvaneceos; porque yo obro una obra en vuestros días, obra que no creeréis, si alguien os la contare.

Behold, ye despisers, and wonder, and perish: for I work a work in your days, a work which ye shall in no wise believe, though a man declare it unto you.

‘Behold, you scoffers! Wonder and perish, for I work a work in your days, a work which you will in no way believe, if one declares it to you.’”

E enquanto saíam da sinagoga, rogaram -lhes que no sábado seguinte eles lhes falassem estas palavras.

Y saliendo ellos de la sinagoga de los Judíos, los Gentiles les rogaron que el sábado siguiente les hablasen estas palabras.

And when the Jews were gone out of the synagogue, the Gentiles besought that these words might be preached to them the next sabbath.

So when the Jews went out of the synagogue, the Gentiles begged that these words might be preached to them the next Sabbath.

E tendo terminado a reunião da sinagoga, muitos dos judeus, e dos religiosos prosélitos, seguiram a Paulo e a Barnabé; os quais, falando-lhes, exortavam-nos a permanecerem na graça de Deus.

Y despedida la congregación, muchos de los Judíos y de los religiosos prosélitos siguieron á Pablo y á Bernabé; los cuales hablándoles, les persuadían que permaneciesen en la gracia de Dios.

Now when the congregation was broken up, many of the Jews and religious proselytes followed Paul and Barnabas: who, speaking to them, persuaded them to continue in the grace of God.

Now when the synagogue broke up, many of the Jews and of the devout proselytes followed Paul and Barnabas; who, speaking to them, urged them to continue in the grace of God.

E no sábado seguinte ajuntou-se quase toda a cidade para ouvir a palavra de Deus.

Y el sábado siguiente se juntó casi toda la ciudad á oir la palabra de Dios.

And the next sabbath day came almost the whole city together to hear the word of God.

Mas os Judeus, ao verem as multidões, ficaram cheios de inveja, e falavam contrariamente ao que Paulo dizia, falando contrariamente e blasfemando.

Mas los Judíos, visto el gentío, llenáronse de celo, y se oponían á lo que Pablo decía, contradiciendo y blasfemando.

But when the Jews saw the multitudes, they were filled with envy, and spake against those things which were spoken by Paul, contradicting and blaspheming.

Mas Paulo e Barnabé, usando de ousadia, disseram: Era necessário que a palavra de Deus fosse primeiro falada a vós; mas já que a rejeitais, e não vos julgais dignos da vida eterna, eis que nós nos viramos em direção aos gentios.

Entonces Pablo y Bernabé, usando de libertad, dijeron: A vosotros á la verdad era menester que se os hablase la palabra de Dios; mas pues que la desecháis, y os juzgáis indignos de la vida eterna, he aquí, nos volvemos á los Gentiles.

Then Paul and Barnabas waxed bold, and said, It was necessary that the word of God should first have been spoken to you: but seeing ye put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles.

Paul and Barnabas spoke out boldly, and said, “It was necessary that God’s word should be spoken to you first. Since indeed you thrust it from yourselves, and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, behold, we turn to the Gentiles.

Porque assim o Senhor nos mandou, dizendo : Eu te pus como luz para os gentios, para que tu sejas como salvação até às extremidades da terra.

Porque así nos ha mandado el Señor, diciendo: Te he puesto para luz de los Gentiles, para que seas salud hasta lo postrero de la tierra.

For so hath the Lord commanded us, saying, I have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles, that thou shouldest be for salvation unto the ends of the earth.

For so has the Lord commanded us, saying, ‘I have set you as a light for the Gentiles, that you should bring salvation to the uttermost parts of the earth.’”

E os gentios, tendo ouvido isto ,alegraram-se, e glorificavam ao Senhor; e creram todos quantos estavam determinados para a vida eterna.

Y los Gentiles oyendo esto, fueron gozosos, y glorificaban la palabra del Señor: y creyeron todos los que estaban ordenados para vida eterna.

And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed.

E a palavra do Senhor era divulgada por toda aquela região.

Y la palabra del Señor era sembrada por toda aquella provincia.

And the word of the Lord was published throughout all the region.

Mas os judeus incitaram algumas mulheres devotas e honradas, e aos líderes da cidade, e levantaram perseguição contra Paulo e Barnabé, e os expulsaram de seus limites.

Mas los Judíos concitaron mujeres pías y honestas, y á los principales de la ciudad, y levantaron persecución contra Pablo y Bernabé, y los echaron de sus términos.

But the Jews stirred up the devout and honourable women, and the chief men of the city, and raised persecution against Paul and Barnabas, and expelled them out of their coasts.

Mas eles, sacudindo contra eles o pó dos seus pés, vieram a Icônio.

E os discípulos se enchiam de alegria e do Espírito Santo.
