Fortalecieron a los discípulos y los exhortaron a perseverar en la fe. Les decían: Es necesario que a través de muchas aflicciones entremos en el reino de Dios.

Confirmando los ánimos de los discípulos, exhortándoles á que permaneciesen en la fe, y que es menester que por muchas tribulaciones entremos en el reino de Dios.

Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.
