Denn er überwand die Juden beständig und erwies öffentlich durch die Schrift, daß Jesus Christus sei.

Porque con gran vehemencia convencía públicamente á los Judíos, mostrando por las Escrituras que Jesús era el Cristo.

For he mightily convinced the Jews, and that publickly, shewing by the scriptures that Jesus was Christ.

for he powerfully refuted the Jews, publicly showing by the Scriptures that Jesus was the Christ.
