Denn mit großem Fleiß widerlegte er die Juden öffentlich, indem er durch die Schrift bewies, daß Jesus der Christus sei.

Porque con gran vehemencia convencía públicamente á los Judíos, mostrando por las Escrituras que Jesús era el Cristo.

For he mightily convinced the Jews, and that publickly, shewing by the scriptures that Jesus was Christ.

for he powerfully refuted the Jews, publicly showing by the Scriptures that Jesus was the Christ.
