Nachdem sich aber der Tumult gelegt hatte, ließ Paulus die Jünger zu sich kommen und ermahnte sie; dann nahm er Abschied von ihnen und zog aus, um nach Mazedonien zu reisen.

Y DESPUÉS que cesó el alboroto, llamando Pablo á los discípulos habiéndoles exhortado y abrazado, se despidió, y partió para ir á Macedonia.

And after the uproar was ceased, Paul called unto him the disciples, and embraced them, and departed for to go into Macedonia.

Und nachdem er jene Bezirke durchzogen und sie mit vielen Worten ermahnt hatte, kam er nach Griechenland.

Und er brachte daselbst drei Monate zu; und da ihm die Juden, als er nach Syrien abfahren wollte, nachstellten, entschloß er sich, über Mazedonien zurückzukehren.

Y después de haber estado allí tres meses, y habiendo de navegar á Siria, le fueron puestas asechanzas por los Judíos; y así tomó consejo de volverse por Macedonia.

And there abode three months. And when the Jews laid wait for him, as he was about to sail into Syria, he purposed to return through Macedonia.

When he had spent three months there, and a plot was made against him by Jews as he was about to set sail for Syria, he determined to return through Macedonia.

Es begleiteten ihn aber bis nach Asien Sopater, des Pyrrhus Sohn von Beröa, von den Thessalonichern Aristarchus und Sekundus, und Gajus von Derbe und Timotheus, aus Asien aber Tychikus und Trophimus.

Y le acompañaron hasta Asia Sopater Bereense, y los Tesalonicenses, Aristarco y Segundo; y Gayo de Derbe, y Timoteo; y de Asia, Tychîco y Trófimo.

And there accompanied him into Asia Sopater of Berea; and of the Thessalonians, Aristarchus and Secundus; and Gaius of Derbe, and Timotheus; and of Asia, Tychicus and Trophimus.

These accompanied him as far as Asia: Sopater of Beroea, Aristarchus and Secundus of the Thessalonians, Gaius of Derbe, Timothy, and Tychicus and Trophimus of Asia.

Diese gingen voraus und warteten auf uns in Troas.

Und ein Jüngling namens Eutychus saß am Fenster; der sank in einen tiefen Schlaf, weil Paulus so lange redete, und vom Schlaf überwältigt, fiel er vom dritten Stock hinab und wurde tot aufgehoben.

Y un mancebo llamado Eutichô que estaba sentado en la ventana, tomado de un sueño profundo, como Pablo disputaba largamente, postrado del sueño cayó del tercer piso abajo, y fué alzado muerto.

And there sat in a window a certain young man named Eutychus, being fallen into a deep sleep: and as Paul was long preaching, he sunk down with sleep, and fell down from the third loft, and was taken up dead.

A certain young man named Eutychus sat in the window, weighed down with deep sleep. As Paul spoke still longer, being weighed down by his sleep, he fell down from the third floor and was taken up dead.

Da ging Paulus hinab und warf sich über ihn, umfaßte ihn und sprach: Machet keinen Lärm; denn seine Seele ist in ihm!

Entonces descendió Pablo, y derribóse sobre él, y abrazándole, dijo: No os alborotéis, que su alma está en él.

And Paul went down, and fell on him, and embracing him said, Trouble not yourselves; for his life is in him.

Wir aber gingen voraus zum Schiff und fuhren nach Assus, um dort Paulus aufzunehmen; denn so hatte er es angeordnet, weil er zu Fuß reisen wollte.

And we went before to ship, and sailed unto Assos, there intending to take in Paul: for so had he appointed, minding himself to go afoot.

And we sailed thence, and came the next day over against Chios; and the next day we arrived at Samos, and tarried at Trogyllium; and the next day we came to Miletus.

Denn Paulus hatte beschlossen, an Ephesus vorbeizusegeln, damit er in Asien nicht zu viel Zeit zubringen müßte, denn er eilte, um, wenn es ihm möglich wäre, auf den Tag der Pfingsten in Jerusalem zu sein.

Porque Pablo se había propuesto pasar adelante de Efeso; por no detenerse en Asia: porque se apresuraba por hacer el día de Pentecostés, si le fuese posible, en Jerusalem.

For Paul had determined to sail by Ephesus, because he would not spend the time in Asia: for he hasted, if it were possible for him, to be at Jerusalem the day of Pentecost.

Von Milet aber schickte er gen Ephesus und ließ die Ältesten der Gemeinde herüberrufen.

And from Miletus he sent to Ephesus, and called the elders of the church.

Und als sie zu ihm gekommen waren, sprach er zu ihnen: Ihr wißt, wie ich mich vom ersten Tag an, als ich Asien betrat, die ganze Zeit unter euch verhalten habe,

And when they were come to him, he said unto them, Ye know, from the first day that I came into Asia, after what manner I have been with you at all seasons,

daß ich dem Herrn diente mit aller Demut, unter Tränen und Anfechtungen, die mir durch die Nachstellungen der Juden widerfuhren;

Sirviendo al Señor con toda humildad, y con muchas lágrimas, y tentaciones que me han venido por las asechanzas de los Judíos:

Serving the Lord with all humility of mind, and with many tears, and temptations, which befell me by the lying in wait of the Jews:

wie ich nichts von dem, was nützlich ist, verschwiegen habe, daß ich es euch nicht verkündigt und gelehrt hätte, öffentlich und in den Häusern,

Cómo nada que fuese útil he rehuído de anunciaros y enseñaros, públicamente y por las casas,

And how I kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but have shewed you, and have taught you publickly, and from house to house,

how I didn’t shrink from declaring to you anything that was profitable, teaching you publicly and from house to house,

indem ich Juden und Griechen die Buße zu Gott und den Glauben an unsern Herrn Jesus Christus bezeugt habe.

Testificando á los Judíos y á los Gentiles arrepentimiento para con Dios, y la fe en nuestro Señor Jesucristo.

Testifying both to the Jews, and also to the Greeks, repentance toward God, and faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ.

Und nun siehe, gebunden im Geiste reise ich nach Jerusalem, ohne zu wissen, was mir dort begegnen wird,

außer daß der heilige Geist von Stadt zu Stadt mir bezeugt und sagt, daß Bande und Trübsal meiner warten.

Mas que el Espíritu Santo por todas las ciudades me da testimonio, diciendo que prisiones y tribulaciones me esperan.

Save that the Holy Ghost witnesseth in every city, saying that bonds and afflictions abide me.

Aber ich halte mein Leben nicht der Rede wert, wenn es gilt, meinen Lauf und den Dienst zu vollenden, den ich von dem Herrn Jesus empfangen habe, nämlich das Evangelium der Gnade Gottes zu bezeugen.

Mas de ninguna cosa hago caso, ni estimo mi vida preciosa para mí mismo; solamente que acabe mi carrera con gozo, y el ministerio que recibí del Señor Jesús, para dar testimonio del evangelio de la gracia de Dios.

But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.

But these things don’t count; nor do I hold my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to fully testify to the Good News of the grace of God.

Und nun siehe, ich weiß, daß ihr mein Angesicht nicht mehr sehen werdet, ihr alle, bei welchen ich umhergezogen bin und das Reich Gottes gepredigt habe.

Y ahora, he aquí, yo sé que ninguno de todos vosotros, por quien he pasado predicando el reino de Dios, verá más mi rostro.

And now, behold, I know that ye all, among whom I have gone preaching the kingdom of God, shall see my face no more.

Darum bezeuge ich euch am heutigen Tage, daß ich rein bin von aller Blut.

Por tanto, yo os protesto el día de hoy, que yo soy limpio de la sangre de todos:

Wherefore I take you to record this day, that I am pure from the blood of all men.

Denn ich habe nichts zurückbehalten, daß ich euch nicht den ganzen Ratschluß Gottes verkündigt hätte.

Porque no he rehuído de anunciaros todo el consejo de Dios.

For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God.

So habt nun acht auf euch selbst und auf die ganze Herde, in welcher der heilige Geist euch zu Aufsehern gesetzt hat, die Gemeinde Gottes zu weiden, welche er durch das Blut seines eigenen Sohnes erworben hat!

Por tanto mirad por vosotros, y por todo el rebaño en que el Espíritu Santo os ha puesto por obispos, para apacentar la iglesia del Señor, la cual ganó por su sangre.

Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

Take heed, therefore, to yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the assembly of the Lord and God which he purchased with his own blood.

Denn das weiß ich, daß nach meinem Abschied räuberische Wölfe zu euch kommen werden, die der Herde nicht schonen;

Porque yo sé que después de mi partida entrarán en medio de vosotros lobos rapaces, que no perdonarán al ganado;

For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock.

auch aus eurer eigenen Mitte werden Männer aufstehen, die verkehrte Dinge reden, um die Jünger auf ihre Seite zu ziehen.

Y de vosotros mismos se levantarán hombres que hablen cosas perversas, para llevar discípulos tras sí.

Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.

Darum wachet und denket daran, daß ich drei Jahre lang Tag und Nacht nicht abgelassen habe, jeden einzelnen unter Tränen zu ermahnen.

Por tanto, velad, acordándoos que por tres años de noche y de día, no he cesado de amonestar con lágrimas á cada uno.

Therefore watch, and remember, that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears.

Und nun übergebe ich euch Gott und dem Wort seiner Gnade, ihm, der mächtig ist zu erbauen und †euch das Erbe zu geben unter allen Geheiligten.

Y ahora, hermanos, os encomiendo á Dios, y á la palabra de su gracia: el cual es poderoso para sobreedificar, y daros heredad con todos los santificados.

And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.

Silber oder Gold oder Kleider habe ich von niemand begehrt;

ihr wißt selbst, daß für meine Bedürfnisse und für diejenigen meiner Gefährten diese Hände gesorgt haben.

Antes vosotros sabéis que para lo que me ha sido necesario, y á los que están conmigo, estas manos me han servido.

Yea, ye yourselves know, that these hands have ministered unto my necessities, and to them that were with me.

Überall habe ich euch gezeigt, daß man so arbeiten und sich der Schwachen annehmen und der Worte des Herrn Jesus eingedenk sein müsse, da er selbst gesagt hat: Geben ist seliger als nehmen!

En todo os he enseñado que, trabajando así, es necesario sobrellevar á los enfermos, y tener presente las palabras del Señor Jesús, el cual dijo: Más bienaventurada cosa es dar que recibir.

I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.

In all things I gave you an example, that so laboring you ought to help the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that he himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ ”

Und nachdem er solches gesagt hatte, kniete er nieder und betete mit ihnen allen.

Y como hubo dicho estas cosas, se puso de rodillas, y oró con todos ellos.

And when he had thus spoken, he kneeled down, and prayed with them all.

Da weinten alle sehr, fielen Paulus um den Hals und küßten ihn,

schmerzlich betrübt, am meisten über das Wort, das er gesagt hatte, sie würden sein Angesicht nicht mehr sehen. Und sie geleiteten ihn zum Schiff.
