Now when we had discovered Cyprus, we left it on the left hand, and sailed into Syria, and landed at Tyre: for there the ship was to unlade her burden.

Após ter encontrado os discípulos, permanecemos com eles por sete dias. Os discípulos, através do Espírito, disseram a Paulo que não subisse a Jerusalém.

Depois de completarmos os dias, deixamos aquele lugar e seguimos viagem. Todos eles nos acompanharam em nosso caminho para fora da cidade juntamente com suas esposas e filhos. Então ajoelhamos na praia, oramos e nos despedimos uns dos outros.
Y cumplidos aquellos días, salimos acompañándonos todos, con sus mujeres é hijos, hasta fuera de la ciudad; y puestos de rodillas en la ribera, oramos.
And when we had accomplished those days, we departed and went our way; and they all brought us on our way, with wives and children, till we were out of the city: and we kneeled down on the shore, and prayed.

Ele veio até nós, tomou o cinto de Paulo, amarrou os próprios pés e mãos, e disse: "Isso diz o Espírito Santo: 'Dessa forma os judeus em Jerusalém amarrarão o homem que possui este cinto, e o entregarão nas mãos dos gentios'".
Y venido á nosotros, tomó el cinto de Pablo, y atándose los pies y las manos, dijo: Esto dice el Espíritu Santo: Así atarán los Judíos en Jerusalem al varón cuyo es este cinto, y le entregarán en manos de los Gentiles.
And when he was come unto us, he took Paul’s girdle, and bound his own hands and feet, and said, Thus saith the Holy Ghost, So shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man that owneth this girdle, and shall deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.
Coming to us and taking Paul’s belt, he bound his own feet and hands, and said, “The Holy Spirit says: ‘So the Jews at Jerusalem will bind the man who owns this belt, and will deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.’”
Quando ouvimos essas coisas, tanto nós como as pessoas que viviam naquele lugar, imploramos para que Paulo não subisse a Jerusalém.
Lo cual como oímos, le rogamos nosotros y los de aquel lugar, que no subiese á Jerusalem.
And when we heard these things, both we, and they of that place, besought him not to go up to Jerusalem.
When we heard these things, both we and the people of that place begged him not to go up to Jerusalem.
Porém, Paulo respondeu: "O que fazeis chorando e partindo meu coração? Estou pronto não apenas para ser amarrado, mas também para morrer em Jerusalém pelo nome do Senhor".
Entonces Pablo respondió: ¿Qué hacéis llorando y afligiéndome el corazón? porque yo no sólo estoy presto á ser atado, mas aun á morir en Jerusalem por el nombre del Señor Jesús.
Then Paul answered, What mean ye to weep and to break mine heart? for I am ready not to be bound only, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.
Then Paul answered, “What are you doing, weeping and breaking my heart? For I am ready not only to be bound, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.”
E como não persuadimos a Paulo, paramos de falar e simplesmente dissemos: "Seja feita a vontade do Senhor".
Y como no le pudimos persuadir, desistimos, diciendo: Hágase la voluntad del Señor.
And when he would not be persuaded, we ceased, saying, The will of the Lord be done.

Depois destes dias, recolhemos nossa bagagem e fomos para Jerusalém.

There went with us also certain of the disciples of Cæsarea, and brought with them one Mnason of Cyprus, an old disciple, with whom we should lodge.

E chegando nós a Jerusalém, os irmãos nos acolheram alegremente.

And when he had saluted them, he declared particularly what things God had wrought among the Gentiles by his ministry.

And when they heard it, they glorified the Lord, and said unto him, Thou seest, brother, how many thousands of Jews there are which believe; and they are all zealous of the law:
They, when they heard it, glorified God. They said to him, “You see, brother, how many thousands there are among the Jews of those who have believed, and they are all zealous for the law.
Eles foram informados a seu respeito: que tens ensinado a todos os judeus que vivem entre os gentios a abandonar Moisés, a não circuncidar seus filhos e a não seguir os costumes antigos.
Mas fueron informados acerca de ti, que enseñas á apartarse de Moisés á todos los Judíos que están entre los Gentiles, diciéndoles que no han de circuncidar á los hijos, ni andar según la costumbre.
And they are informed of thee, that thou teachest all the Jews which are among the Gentiles to forsake Moses, saying that they ought not to circumcise their children, neither to walk after the customs.
They have been informed about you, that you teach all the Jews who are among the Gentiles to forsake Moses, telling them not to circumcise their children and not to walk after the customs.
O que devemos fazer? Eles certamente ouvirão que chegaste.
¿Qué hay pues? La multitud se reunirá de cierto: porque oirán que has venido.
What is it therefore? the multitude must needs come together: for they will hear that thou art come.
What then? The assembly must certainly meet, for they will hear that you have come.
Faze como te dizemos agora: temos aqui quatro homens que fizeram um voto.
Haz pues esto que te decimos: Hay entre nosotros cuatro hombres que tienen voto sobre sí:
Do therefore this that we say to thee: We have four men which have a vow on them;
Therefore do what we tell you. We have four men who have taken a vow.
Toma esses homens, purifica a ti mesmo com eles e paga suas despesas, para que raspem a cabeça. Assim todos saberão que, o que foi dito a seu respeito, é falso e que és também um guardador da lei.
Tomando á éstos contigo, purifícate con ellos, y gasta con ellos, para que rasuren sus cabezas, y todos entiendan que no hay nada de lo que fueron informados acerca de ti; sino que tú también andas guardando la ley.
Them take, and purify thyself with them, and be at charges with them, that they may shave their heads: and all may know that those things, whereof they were informed concerning thee, are nothing; but that thou thyself also walkest orderly, and keepest the law.
Take them and purify yourself with them, and pay their expenses for them, that they may shave their heads. Then all will know that there is no truth in the things that they have been informed about you, but that you yourself also walk keeping the law.
Porém, a respeito dos gentios que creram, escrevemos e instruímos para que se abstenham do sacrifício a ídolos, do sangue, daquilo que é estrangulado e da imoralidade sexual".
Empero cuanto á los que de los Gentiles han creído, nosotros hemos escrito haberse acordado que no guarden nada de esto; solamente que se abstengan de lo que fuere sacrificado á los ídolos, y de sangre, y de ahogado, y de fornicación.
As touching the Gentiles which believe, we have written and concluded that they observe no such thing, save only that they keep themselves from things offered to idols, and from blood, and from strangled, and from fornication.
But concerning the Gentiles who believe, we have written our decision that they should observe no such thing, except that they should keep themselves from food offered to idols, from blood, from strangled things, and from sexual immorality.”
Então Paulo tomou consigo esses homens, e no dia seguinte purificou-se com eles; foi ao templo, anunciando os dias da purificação, até que a oferta fosse feita por cada um deles.
Entonces Pablo tomó consigo aquellos hombres, y al día siguiente, habiéndose purificado con ellos, entró en el templo, para anunciar el cumplimiento de los días de la purificación, hasta ser ofrecida ofrenda por cada uno de ellos.
Then Paul took the men, and the next day purifying himself with them entered into the temple, to signify the accomplishment of the days of purification, until that an offering should be offered for every one of them.

Quando os sete dias estavam quase terminando, alguns judeus da Ásia viram Paulo no templo, e incitaram toda a multidão e puseram as mãos nele.
Y cuando estaban para acabarse los siete días, unos Judíos de Asia, como le vieron en el templo, alborotaron todo el pueblo y le echaron mano,
And when the seven days were almost ended, the Jews which were of Asia, when they saw him in the temple, stirred up all the people, and laid hands on him,

Eles estavam gritando: "Homens de Israel, ajudem-nos. Esse homem tem ensinado a todos, em toda a parte, sobre coisas que vão contra a Lei e esse lugar. Também trouxe gregos para o templo e profanou esse santo lugar".
Dando voces: Varones Israelitas, ayudad: Este es el hombre que por todas partes enseña á todos contra el pueblo, y la ley, y este lugar; y además de esto ha metido Gentiles en el templo, y ha contaminado este lugar santo.
Crying out, Men of Israel, help: This is the man, that teacheth all men every where against the people, and the law, and this place: and further brought Greeks also into the temple, and hath polluted this holy place.
crying out, “Men of Israel, help! This is the man who teaches all men everywhere against the people, and the law, and this place. Moreover, he also brought Greeks into the temple and has defiled this holy place!”
Porque haviam anteriormente visto Trófimo de Éfeso com ele na cidade e pensaram que Paulo o introduzira no templo.

Toda a cidade estava agitada e as pessoas correram juntas para agarrar a Paulo. Eles o arrastaram para fora do templo, e as portas imediatamente foram fechadas.
Así que, toda la ciudad se alborotó, y agolpóse el pueblo; y tomando á Pablo, hiciéronle salir fuera del templo, y luego las puertas fueron cerradas.
And all the city was moved, and the people ran together: and they took Paul, and drew him out of the temple: and forthwith the doors were shut.

Enquanto tentavam matá-lo, essas notícias rapidamente chegaram ao comandante da guarda, de que Jerusalém estava toda em confusão.
Y procurando ellos matarle, fué dado aviso al tribuno de la compañía, que toda la ciudad de Jerusalem estaba alborotada;
And as they went about to kill him, tidings came unto the chief captain of the band, that all Jerusalem was in an uproar.
As they were trying to kill him, news came up to the commanding officer of the regiment that all Jerusalem was in an uproar.
Imediatamente ele tomou soldados e centuriões e correu até a multidão. Quando as pessoas viram o comandante e os soldados, pararam de espancar Paulo.
El cual tomando luego soldados y centuriones, corrió á ellos. Y ellos como vieron al tribuno y á los soldados, cesaron de herir á Pablo.
Who immediately took soldiers and centurions, and ran down unto them: and when they saw the chief captain and the soldiers, they left beating of Paul.

Então ele aproximou-se, agarrou Paulo e ordenou que ele fosse preso com duas correntes. Perguntou quem ele era e o que havia feito.
Entonces llegando el tribuno, le prendió, y le mandó atar con dos cadenas; y preguntó quién era, y qué había hecho.
Then the chief captain came near, and took him, and commanded him to be bound with two chains; and demanded who he was, and what he had done.

Alguns na multidão gritavam uma coisa e outros, outra. Como o comandante não conseguia discernir coisa alguma por causa do barulho, ordenou que Paulo fosse levado para a fortaleza.
Y entre la multitud, unos gritaban una cosa, y otros otra: y como no podía entender nada de cierto á causa del alboroto, le mandó llevar á la fortaleza.
And some cried one thing, some another, among the multitude: and when he could not know the certainty for the tumult, he commanded him to be carried into the castle.
Some shouted one thing and some another, among the crowd. When he couldn’t find out the truth because of the noise, he commanded him to be brought into the barracks.
Quando chegaram às escadas, ele foi carregado pelos soldados por causa da violência da multidão.
Y como llegó á las gradas, aconteció que fué llevado de los soldados á causa de la violencia del pueblo;
And when he came upon the stairs, so it was, that he was borne of the soldiers for the violence of the people.
When he came to the stairs, he was carried by the soldiers because of the violence of the crowd;
Pois a multidão o seguia gritando: "Mata-o!".
Porque multitud de pueblo venía detrás, gritando: Mátale.
For the multitude of the people followed after, crying, Away with him.

Conforme Paulo estava para ser levado até a fortaleza, ele perguntou ao comandante: "Posso dizer-lhe uma coisa?"Ele respondeu: "Falas grego?
Y como comenzaron á meter á Pablo en la fortaleza, dice al tribuno: ¿Me será lícito hablarte algo? Y él dijo: ¿Sabes griego?
And as Paul was to be led into the castle, he said unto the chief captain, May I speak unto thee? Who said, Canst thou speak Greek?
As Paul was about to be brought into the barracks, he asked the commanding officer, “May I speak to you?” He said, “Do you know Greek?
Não és tu aquele egípcio que há um tempo atrás liderou uma rebelião e levou quatro mil assassinos ao deserto?"
¿No eres tú aquel Egipcio que levantaste una sedición antes de estos días, y sacaste al desierto cuatro mil hombres salteadores?
Art not thou that Egyptian, which before these days madest an uproar, and leddest out into the wilderness four thousand men that were murderers?
Aren’t you then the Egyptian who before these days stirred up to sedition and led out into the wilderness the four thousand men of the Assassins?”
Paulo disse: "Sou judeu, da cidade de Tarso, na Cilícia. Sou cidadão de uma cidade importante. Peço-te que me permitas falar ao povo".
Entonces dijo Pablo: Yo de cierto soy hombre Judío, ciudadano de Tarso, ciudad no obscura de Cilicia: empero ruégote que me permitas que hable al pueblo.
But Paul said, I am a man which am a Jew of Tarsus, a city in Cilicia, a citizen of no mean city: and, I beseech thee, suffer me to speak unto the people.
But Paul said, “I am a Jew from Tarsus in Cilicia, a citizen of no insignificant city. I beg you, allow me to speak to the people.”
Quando o comandante lhe deu permissão, Paulo levantou-se dos degraus e acenou ao povo com a mão. E quando houve um grande silêncio, falou-lhes na língua hebraica, dizendo:
Y como él se lo permitió, Pablo, estando en pie en las gradas, hizo señal con la mano al pueblo. Y hecho grande silencio, habló en lengua hebrea, diciendo:
And when he had given him licence, Paul stood on the stairs, and beckoned with the hand unto the people. And when there was made a great silence, he spake unto them in the Hebrew tongue, saying,
