Y CINCO días después descendió el sumo sacerdote Ananías, con algunos de los ancianos, y un cierto Tértulo, orador; y parecieron delante del gobernador contra Pablo.
And after five days Ananias the high priest descended with the elders, and with a certain orator named Tertullus, who informed the governor against Paul.

Als er aber gerufen worden war, begann Tertullus die Anklage und sprach:
Y citado que fué, Tértulo comenzó á acusar, diciendo: Como por causa tuya vivamos en grande paz, y muchas cosas sean bien gobernadas en el pueblo por tu prudencia,
And when he was called forth, Tertullus began to accuse him, saying, Seeing that by thee we enjoy great quietness, and that very worthy deeds are done unto this nation by thy providence,

El cual también tentó á violar el templo; y prendiéndole, le quisimos juzgar conforme á nuestra ley:
Who also hath gone about to profane the temple: whom we took, and would have judged according to our law.
He even tried to profane the temple, and we arrested him.
Lysias aber, der Oberste, kam herzu und führte ihn mit großer Gewalt aus unseren Händen weg,
Mas interviniendo el tribuno Lisias, con grande violencia le quitó de nuestras manos,
But the chief captain Lysias came upon us, and with great violence took him away out of our hands,

Aber auch die Juden griffen Paulus mit an und sagten, dass dies sich so verhielte.

Paulus aber antwortete, nachdem ihm der Statthalter zu reden gewinkt hatte: Da ich weiß, dass du seit vielen Jahren Richter über diese Nation bist, so verantworte ich mich über das mich Betreffende getrost,
Entonces Pablo, haciéndole el gobernador señal que hablase, respondió: Porque sé que muchos años ha eres gobernador de esta nación, con buen ánimo satisfaré por mí.
Then Paul, after that the governor had beckoned unto him to speak, answered, Forasmuch as I know that thou hast been of many years a judge unto this nation, I do the more cheerfully answer for myself:
When the governor had beckoned to him to speak, Paul answered, “Because I know that you have been a judge of this nation for many years, I cheerfully make my defense,
indem du erkennen kannst, dass es nicht mehr als 12 Tage sind, seit ich hinaufging, um in Jerusalem anzubeten.
Porque tú puedes entender que no hace más de doce días que subí á adorar á Jerusalem;
Because that thou mayest understand, that there are yet but twelve days since I went up to Jerusalem for to worship.

Und sie haben mich weder in dem Tempel mit jemand in Unterredung gefunden noch einen Auflauf der Volksmenge machend, weder in den Synagogen noch in der Stadt;
Y ni me hallaron en el templo disputando con ninguno, ni haciendo concurso de multitud, ni en sinagogas, ni en la ciudad;
And they neither found me in the temple disputing with any man, neither raising up the people, neither in the synagogues, nor in the city:
In the temple they didn’t find me disputing with anyone or stirring up a crowd, either in the synagogues or in the city.
auch können sie das nicht beweisen, worüber sie mich jetzt anklagen.
Ni te pueden probar las cosas de que ahora me acusan.

Felix aber, der von dem Weg genauere Kenntnis hatte, vertagte ihre Sache und sagte: Wenn Lysias, der Oberste, herabkommt, so will ich eure Sache entscheiden.
Entonces Félix, oídas estas cosas, estando bien informado de esta secta, les puso dilación, diciendo: Cuando descendiere el tribuno Lisias acabaré de conocer de vuestro negocio.
And when Felix heard these things, having more perfect knowledge of that way, he deferred them, and said, When Lysias the chief captain shall come down, I will know the uttermost of your matter.
But Felix, having more exact knowledge concerning the Way, deferred them, saying, “When Lysias, the commanding officer, comes down, I will decide your case.”
Und er befahl dem Hauptmann, ihn zu verwahren und ihm Erleichterung zu geben und niemand von den Seinen zu wehren, ihm zu dienen.
Y mandó al centurión que Pablo fuese guardado, y aliviado de las prisiones; y que no vedase á ninguno de sus familiares servirle, ó venir á él.
And he commanded a centurion to keep Paul, and to let him have liberty, and that he should forbid none of his acquaintance to minister or come unto him.
He ordered the centurion that Paul should be kept in custody and should have some privileges, and not to forbid any of his friends to serve him or to visit him.
Nach einigen Tagen aber kam Felix mit Drusilla, seiner Frau, die eine Jüdin war, herbei und ließ den Paulus holen und hörte ihn über den Glauben an Christus.
Y algunos días después, viniendo Félix con Drusila, su mujer, la cual era Judía, llamó á Pablo, y oyó de él la fe que es en Jesucristo.
And after certain days, when Felix came with his wife Drusilla, which was a Jewess, he sent for Paul, and heard him concerning the faith in Christ.
After some days, Felix came with Drusilla his wife, who was a Jewess, and sent for Paul and heard him concerning the faith in Christ Jesus.
Als er aber über Gerechtigkeit und Enthaltsamkeit und das kommende Gericht redete, wurde Felix mit Furcht erfüllt und antwortete: Für jetzt geh hin; wenn ich aber gelegene Zeit habe, werde ich dich rufen lassen.
Y disertando él de la justicia, y de la continencia, y del juicio venidero, espantado Félix, respondió: Ahora vete; mas en teniendo oportunidad te llamaré:
And as he reasoned of righteousness, temperance, and judgment to come, Felix trembled, and answered, Go thy way for this time; when I have a convenient season, I will call for thee.
As he reasoned about righteousness, self-control, and the judgment to come, Felix was terrified, and answered, “Go your way for this time, and when it is convenient for me, I will summon you.”
Zugleich hoffte er, dass ihm von Paulus Geld gegeben werden würde; deshalb ließ er ihn auch öfter holen und unterhielt sich mit ihm.
Esperando también con esto, que de parte de Pablo le serían dados dineros, porque le soltase; por lo cual, haciéndole venir muchas veces, hablaba con él.
He hoped also that money should have been given him of Paul, that he might loose him: wherefore he sent for him the oftener, and communed with him.
Meanwhile, he also hoped that money would be given to him by Paul, that he might release him. Therefore also he sent for him more often and talked with him.
Als aber zwei Jahre verflossen waren, bekam Felix den Porzius Festus zum Nachfolger; und da Felix sich bei den Juden in Gunst setzen wollte, hinterließ er den Paulus gefangen.
Mas al cabo de dos años recibió Félix por sucesor á Porcio Festo: y queriendo Félix ganar la gracia de los Judíos, dejó preso á Pablo.
But after two years Porcius Festus came into Felix’ room: and Felix, willing to shew the Jews a pleasure, left Paul bound.
But when two years were fulfilled, Felix was succeeded by Porcius Festus, and desiring to gain favor with the Jews, Felix left Paul in bonds.
