Ich aber, da ich vernahm, daß er nichts getan hatte, was des Todes wert sei, und er auch selber sich auf den Kaiser berief, habe ich beschlossen, ihn zu senden,

Así que, habiendo venido ellos juntos acá, sin ninguna dilación, al día siguiente, sentado en el tribunal, mandé traer al hombre;

Therefore, when they were come hither, without any delay on the morrow I sat on the judgment seat, and commanded the man to be brought forth.

When therefore they had come together here, I didn’t delay, but on the next day sat on the judgment seat and commanded the man to be brought.
