Perciocchè mi par cosa fuor di ragione di mandare un prigione, e non significar le accuse che son contro a lui.

Porque fuera de razón me parece enviar un preso, y no informar de las causas.

For it seemeth to me unreasonable to send a prisoner, and not withal to signify the crimes laid against him.
