Et Paul lui dit : je souhaiterais devant Dieu que non-seulement toi, mais aussi tous ceux qui m’écoutent aujourd’hui, devinssent non seulement à peu près, mais parfaitement, tels que je suis, hormis ces liens.

Y Pablo dijo: ¡Pluguiese á Dios que por poco ó por mucho, no solamente tú, mas también todos los que hoy me oyen, fueseis hechos tales cual yo soy, excepto estas prisiones!

And Paul said, I would to God, that not only thou, but also all that hear me this day, were both almost, and altogether such as I am, except these bonds.

Paul said, “I pray to God, that whether with little or with much, not only you, but also all that hear me today, might become such as I am, except for these bonds.”
