Da wir aber vom Sturm hin und her geworfen wurden, warfen sie am folgenden Tag einen Teil der Ladung über Bord.

Mas siendo atormentados de una vehemente tempestad, al siguiente día alijaron;

And we being exceedingly tossed with a tempest, the next day they lightened the ship;

As we labored exceedingly with the storm, the next day they began to throw things overboard.
