Als aber die 14. Nacht gekommen war, und wir in dem Adriatischen Meer umhertrieben, meinten gegen Mitternacht die Matrosen, dass sich ihnen ein Land nahe.

Y venida la décimacuarta noche, y siendo llevados por el mar Adriático, los marineros á la media noche sospecharon que estaban cerca de alguna tierra;

But when the fourteenth night was come, as we were driven up and down in Adria, about midnight the shipmen deemed that they drew near to some country;
