Quando o dia de Pentecostes chegou, estavam todos reunidos no mesmo lugar;

Y COMO se cumplieron los días de Pentecostés, estaban todos unánimes juntos;

And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.

de repente, veio do céu um som como de um vento impetuoso e encheu toda a casa onde estavam assentados.

Y de repente vino un estruendo del cielo como de un viento recio que corría, el cual hinchió toda la casa donde estaban sentados;

And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.

E apareceram línguas como de fogo que foram distribuídas entre eles; e elas pousaram sobre cada um deles.

Y se les aparecieron lenguas repartidas, como de fuego, que se asentó sobre cada uno de ellos.

And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.

Tongues like fire appeared and were distributed to them, and one sat on each of them.

Todos ficaram cheios do Espírito Santo e começaram a falar em outras línguas, conforme o Espírito lhes concedia que falassem.

Y fueron todos llenos del Espíritu Santo, y comenzaron á hablar en otras lenguas, como el Espíritu les daba que hablasen.

And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Estavam morando em Jerusalém judeus piedosos de todas as nações debaixo dos céus;

And there were dwelling at Jerusalem Jews, devout men, out of every nation under heaven.

quando esse som foi ouvido, a multidão se ajuntou e ficou confusa, porque cada um os ouvia falar na sua própria língua.

Y hecho este estruendo, juntóse la multitud; y estaban confusos, porque cada uno les oía hablar su propia lengua.

Now when this was noised abroad, the multitude came together, and were confounded, because that every man heard them speak in his own language.

Eles estavam espantados, admiravam-se dizendo: "Na verdade, não são Galileus todos estes que estão falando?

And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these which speak Galilæans?

Como é que os ouvimos falar cada um em nossa própria língua materna?

¿Cómo, pues, les oímos nosotros hablar cada uno en nuestra lengua en que somos nacidos?

Somos partos, medos e elamitas, e aqueles que vivem na Mesopotâmia, na Judeia e na Capadócia, no Ponto e na Ásia,

Partos y Medos, y Elamitas, y los que habitamos en Mesopotamia, en Judea y en Capadocia, en el Ponto y en Asia,

Parthians, and Medes, and Elamites, and the dwellers in Mesopotamia, and in Judæa, and Cappadocia, in Pontus, and Asia,

na Frígia e na Panfília, no Egito e em partes da Líbia perto de Cirene, e visitantes de Roma,

En Phrygia y Pamphylia, en Egipto y en las partes de Africa que está de la otra parte de Cirene, y Romanos extranjeros, tanto Judíos como convertidos,

Phrygia, and Pamphylia, in Egypt, and in the parts of Libya about Cyrene, and strangers of Rome, Jews and proselytes,

Phrygia, Pamphylia, Egypt, the parts of Libya around Cyrene, visitors from Rome, both Jews and proselytes,

judeus e prosélitos, cretenses e árabes, todos nós os ouvimos falar em nossas línguas das poderosas obras de Deus".

Cretenses y Arabes, les oímos hablar en nuestras lenguas las maravillas de Dios.

Cretes and Arabians, we do hear them speak in our tongues the wonderful works of God.

Cretans and Arabians—we hear them speaking in our languages the mighty works of God!”

Todos eles estavam espantados e perplexos, e diziam uns aos outros: "O que isso quer dizer?"

Y estaban todos atónitos y perplejos, diciendo los unos á los otros: ¿Qué quiere ser esto?

And they were all amazed, and were in doubt, saying one to another, What meaneth this?

They were all amazed and were perplexed, saying to one another, “What does this mean?”

Mas outros zombavam dizendo: "Eles estão cheios de vinho novo".

Mas otros burlándose, decían: Que están llenos de mosto.

Others mocking said, These men are full of new wine.

Others, mocking, said, “They are filled with new wine.”

Mas Pedro levantou-se com os onze, ergueu sua voz, e disse-lhes: "Homens da Judeia e todos os que habitam em Jerusalém, seja isto conhecido a vós e escutai as minhas palavras.

Entonces Pedro, poniéndose en pie con los once, alzó su voz, y hablóles diciendo: Varones Judíos, y todos los que habitáis en Jerusalem, esto os sea notorio, y oid mis palabras.

But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judæa, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:

Estes homens não estão bêbados, como pensais, pois é apenas a terceira hora do dia.

Porque éstos no están borrachos, como vosotros pensáis, siendo la hora tercia del día;

For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day.

'Nos últimos dias,' diz Deus: 'Derramarei do meu Espírito sobre toda a carne: vossos filhos e vosas filhas profetizarão, vossos jovens terão visões e vossos velhos sonharão;

Y será en los postreros días, dice Dios, derramaré de mi Espíritu sobre toda carne, y vuestros hijos y vuestras hijas profetizarán; y vuestros mancebos verán visiones, y vuestros viejos soñarán sueños:

And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

‘It will be in the last days, says God, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh. Your sons and your daughters will prophesy. Your young men will see visions. Your old men will dream dreams.

E também sobre os meus servos e sobre as minhas servas derramarei do Meu Espírito, e eles profetizarão.

Y de cierto sobre mis siervos y sobre mis siervas en aquellos días derramaré de mi Espíritu, y profetizarán.

And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:

Mostrarei maravilhas em cima no céu, e sinais embaixo na terra: sangue, fogo e vapor de fumaça.

Y daré prodigios arriba en el cielo, y señales abajo en la tierra, sangre y fuego y vapor de humo:

And I will shew wonders in heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and vapour of smoke:

I will show wonders in the sky above, and signs on the earth beneath: blood, and fire, and billows of smoke.

O sol se transformará em trevas e a lua em sangue antes que venha o grande e glorioso dia do Senhor.

El sol se volverá en tinieblas, y la luna en sangre, antes que venga el día del Señor, grande y manifiesto;

The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come:

The sun will be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and glorious day of the Lord comes.

E acontecerá que todo aquele que invocar o nome do Senhor será salvo'.

Y será que todo aquel que invocare el nombre del Señor, será salvo.

And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

It will be that whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.’

Homens de Israel, escutai estas palavras: Jesus de Nazaré, homem aprovado por Deus diante de vós com milagres, prodígios e sinais que Deus fez por meio Dele entre vós, como sabeis;

Varones Israelitas, oid estas palabras: Jesús Nazareno, varón aprobado de Dios entre vosotros en maravillas y prodigios y señales, que Dios hizo por él en medio de vosotros, como también vosotros sabéis;

Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:

“Men of Israel, hear these words! Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved by God to you by mighty works and wonders and signs which God did by him among you, even as you yourselves know,

por causa do plano determinado e da presciência de Deus, Ele foi entregue, e vós, pelas mãos de homens sem lei, o crucificastes e o matastes;

A éste, entregado por determinado consejo y providencia de Dios, prendisteis y matasteis por manos de los inicuos, crucificándole;

Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain:

him, being delivered up by the determined counsel and foreknowledge of God, you have taken by the hand of lawless men, crucified and killed;

a quem Deus ressuscitou, rompendo os grilhões da morte, porque não era possível que Ele fosse detido por ela.

Al cual Dios levantó, sueltos los dolores de la muerte, por cuanto era imposible ser detenido de ella.

Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.

whom God raised up, having freed him from the agony of death, because it was not possible that he should be held by it.

Pois, a respeito dele, diz Davi: 'Eu via sempre o Senhor diante de mim, pois Ele está à minha direita para que eu não seja abalado.

Porque David dice de él: Veía al Señor siempre delante de mí: porque está á mi diestra, no seré conmovido.

For David speaketh concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved:

For David says concerning him, ‘I saw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved.

Portanto, meu coração se alegrou e minha língua se regozijou, até mesmo minha carne há de repousar em esperança.

Por lo cual mi corazón se alegró, y gozóse mi lengua; y aun mi carne descansará en esperanza;

Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope:

Therefore my heart was glad, and my tongue rejoiced. Moreover my flesh also will dwell in hope,

Pois não abandonarás minha alma no Hades, nem permitirás que o Teu Santo sofra corrupção.

Que no dejarás mi alma en el infierno, ni darás á tu Santo que vea corrupción.

Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

because you will not leave my soul in Hades, neither will you allow your Holy One to see decay.

Tu me revelaste os caminhos da vida; Tu me encherás de alegria na Tua presença'.

Hicísteme notorios los caminos de la vida; me henchirás de gozo con tu presencia.

Thou hast made known to me the ways of life; thou shalt make me full of joy with thy countenance.

You made known to me the ways of life. You will make me full of gladness with your presence.’

Irmãos, eu posso vos falar seguramente a respeito do patriarca Davi, ele tanto morreu quanto foi enterrado, e sua tumba está entre nós até hoje.

Varones hermanos, se os puede libremente decir del patriarca David, que murió, y fué sepultado, y su sepulcro está con nosotros hasta del día de hoy.

Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.

“Brothers, I may tell you freely of the patriarch David, that he both died and was buried, and his tomb is with us to this day.

Portanto ele era um profeta, e sabia que Deus havia lhe prometido com juramento, que colocaria um de seus descendentes no seu trono.

Empero siendo profeta, y sabiendo que con juramento le había Dios jurado que del fruto de su lomo, cuanto á la carne, levantaría al Cristo que se sentaría sobre su trono;

Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;

Ele previu isso e falou acerca da ressurreição de Cristo: 'Ele não foi abandonado no Hades, nem sua carne sofreu corrupção'.

Viéndolo antes, habló de la resurrección de Cristo, que su alma no fué dejada en el infierno, ni su carne vió corrupción.

He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.

he foreseeing this, spoke about the resurrection of the Christ, that his soul wasn’t left in Hades, and his flesh didn’t see decay.

Este Jesus, a quem Deus ressuscitou, do qual todos nós somos testemunhas.

A este Jesús resucitó Dios, de lo cual todos nosotros somos testigos.

This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.

This Jesus God raised up, to which we all are witnesses.

Assim, tendo sido elevado à direita de Deus, recebeu do Pai a promessa do Espírito Santo, o qual foi derramado e agora vós vedes e ouvis.

Así que, levantado por la diestra de Dios, y recibiendo del Padre la promesa del Espíritu Santo, ha derramado esto que vosotros veis y oís.

Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.

Being therefore exalted by the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, he has poured out this which you now see and hear.

Porque Davi não subiu aos céus, mas ele diz: "O Senhor disse ao meu Senhor: 'Assenta-Te à minha direita,

Porque David no subió á los cielos; empero él dice: Dijo el Señor á mi Señor: Siéntate á mi diestra,

For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,

For David didn’t ascend into the heavens, but he says himself, ‘The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit by my right hand

até que Eu faça dos Teus inimigos estrado para os Teus pés'".

Hasta que ponga á tus enemigos por estrado de tus pies.

Until I make thy foes thy footstool.

until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet.”’

Portanto, que toda a casa de Israel certamente saiba: Este Jesus, a quem vós crucificastes, Deus o fez Senhor e Cristo".

Sepa pues ciertísimamente toda la casa de Israel, que á éste Jesús que vosotros crucificasteis, Dios ha hecho Señor y Cristo.

Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

“Let all the house of Israel therefore know certainly that God has made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom you crucified.”

Quando ouviram isso, seus corações ficaram angustiados e disseram a Pedro e aos outros apóstolos: "Irmãos, que devemos fazer?".

Entonces oído esto, fueron compungidos de corazón, y dijeron á Pedro y á los otros apóstoles: Varones hermanos, ¿qué haremos?

Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?

Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?”

E Pedro lhes disse: "Arrependei-vos e cada um de vós seja batizado em nome de Jesus Cristo, para perdão dos vossos pecados e recebereis o dom do Espírito Santo.

Y Pedro les dice: Arrepentíos, y bautícese cada uno de vosotros en el nombre de Jesucristo para perdón de los pecados; y recibiréis el don del Espíritu Santo.

Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Pois, a promessa é para vós, para vossos filhos e para todos os que estão longe, para todos quanto o Senhor nosso Deus chamar".

Porque para vosotros es la promesa, y para vuestros hijos, y para todos los que están lejos; para cuantos el Señor nuestro Dios llamare.

For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are far off, even as many as the Lord our God will call to himself.”

Com muitas outras palavras Ele testificava e os exortava, dizendo: "Salvai-vos desta geração perversa".

Y con otras muchas palabras testificaba y exhortaba, diciendo: Sed salvos de esta perversa generación.

And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.

With many other words he testified and exhorted them, saying, “Save yourselves from this crooked generation!”

Então, os que receberam a sua palavra, foram batizados, e naquele dia foram acrescentadas cerca de três mil almas.

Así que, los que recibieron su palabra, fueron bautizados: y fueron añadidas á ellos aquel día como tres mil personas.

Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.

Eles perseveravam na doutrina dos apóstolos e na comunhão, no partir do pão e nas orações.

Y perseveraban en la doctrina de los apóstoles, y en la comunión, y en el partimiento del pan, y en las oraciones.

And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

Em cada alma havia temor, e muitas maravilhas e sinais eram feitos por meio dos apóstolos.

Y toda persona tenía temor: y muchas maravillas y señales eran hechas por los apóstoles.

And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done by the apostles.

Todos os que criam estavam unidos e tinham tudo em comum.

Y todos los que creían estaban juntos; y tenían todas las cosas comunes;

And all that believed were together, and had all things common;

Vendiam suas propriedades e bens, e os repartiam com todos, conforme a necessidade de cada um.

Y vendían las posesiones, y las haciendas, y repartíanlas á todos, como cada uno había menester.

And sold their possessions and goods, and parted them to all men, as every man had need.

Então, diariamente, continuavam num só propósito no templo, partiam o pão de casa em casa, comiam juntos com alegria e singeleza de coração;

Y perseverando unánimes cada día en el templo, y partiendo el pan en las casas, comían juntos con alegría y con sencillez de corazón,

And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,

Day by day, continuing steadfastly with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread at home, they took their food with gladness and singleness of heart,

louvavam a Deus e tinham o favor de todo o povo. E o Senhor acrescentava dia após dia os que iam sendo salvos.

Alabando á Dios, y teniendo gracia con todo el pueblo. Y el Señor añadía cada día á la iglesia los que habían de ser salvos.

Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

praising God and having favor with all the people. The Lord added to the assembly day by day those who were being saved.
