Und durch den Glauben an seinen Namen hat er an diesem, den ihr sehet und kennet, bestätiget seinen Namen; und der Glaube durch ihn hat diesem gegeben diese Gesundheit vor euren Augen.

Y conocían que él era el que se sentaba á la limosna á la puerta del templo, la Hermosa: y fueron llenos de asombro y de espanto por lo que le había acontecido.

And they knew that it was he which sat for alms at the Beautiful gate of the temple: and they were filled with wonder and amazement at that which had happened unto him.

They recognized him, that it was he who used to sit begging for gifts for the needy at the Beautiful Gate of the temple. They were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him.
