Mais comme ils parlaient au peuple, les Sacrificateurs, et le Capitaine du Temple, et les Sadducéens, survinrent.

Y HABLANDO ellos al pueblo, sobrevinieron los sacerdotes, y el magistrado del templo, y los Saduceos,

Etant en grande peine de ce qu’ils enseignaient le peuple, et qu’ils annonçaient la résurrection des morts au Nom de Jésus.

And it came to pass on the morrow, that their rulers, and elders, and scribes,

Et ayant fait comparaître devant eux Pierre et Jean, ils leur demandèrent : par quelle puissance, ou au Nom de qui avez-vous fait cette guérison ?

Y haciéndolos presentar en medio, les preguntaron: ¿Con qué potestad, ó en qué nombre, habéis hecho vosotros esto?

And when they had set them in the midst, they asked, By what power, or by what name, have ye done this?

Alors Pierre étant rempli du Saint-Esprit, leur dit : Gouverneurs du peuple, et vous Anciens d’Israël :

If we this day be examined of the good deed done to the impotent man, by what means he is made whole;

if we are examined today concerning a good deed done to a crippled man, by what means this man has been healed,

Sachez vous tous et tout le peuple d’Israël, que ç’a été au Nom de Jésus-Christ le Nazarien, que vous avez crucifié, et que Dieu a ressuscité des morts ; c’est, dis-je, en son Nom, que cet homme qui parait ici devant vous, a été guéri.

Sea notorio á todos vosotros, y á todo el pueblo de Israel, que en el nombre de Jesucristo de Nazaret, al que vosotros crucificasteis y Dios le resucitó de los muertos, por él este hombre está en vuestra presencia sano.

Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole.

C’est cette Pierre, rejetée par vous qui bâtissez, qui a été faite la pierre angulaire.

This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.

Et il n’y a point de salut en aucun autre : car aussi il n’y a point sous le ciel d’autre Nom qui soit donné aux hommes par lequel il nous faille être sauvés.

Y en ningún otro hay salud; porque no hay otro nombre debajo del cielo, dado á los hombres, en que podamos ser salvos.

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Eux voyant la hardiesse de Pierre et de Jean, et sachant aussi qu’ils étaient des hommes sans lettres, et idiots, s’en étonnaient, et ils reconnaissaient bien qu’ils avaient été avec Jésus.

Entonces viendo la constancia de Pedro y de Juan, sabido que eran hombres sin letras é ignorantes, se maravillaban; y les conocían que habían estado con Jesús.

Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.

Et voyant que l’homme qui avait été guéri, était présent avec eux, ils ne pouvaient contredire en rien.

Mais afin qu’il ne soit plus divulgué parmi le peuple, défendons- leur avec menaces expresses, qu’ils n’aient plus à parler en ce Nom à qui que ce soit.

Todavía, porque no se divulgue más por el pueblo, amenacémoslos que no hablen de aquí adelante á hombre alguno en este nombre.

But that it spread no further among the people, let us straitly threaten them, that they speak henceforth to no man in this name.

Les ayant donc appelés, ils leur commandèrent de ne parler plus ni d’enseigner en aucune manière au Nom de Jésus.

Alors ils les relâchèrent avec menaces, ne trouvant point comment ils les pourraient punir, à cause du peuple, parce que tous glorifiaient Dieu de ce qui avait été fait.

Ellos entonces los despacharon amenazándolos, no hallando ningún modo de castigarlos, por causa del pueblo; porque todos glorificaban á Dios de lo que había sido hecho.

Car l’homme en qui avait été faite cette miraculeuse guérison avait plus de quarante ans.

Et qui as dit par la bouche de David ton serviteur : pourquoi se sont émues les Nations, et les peuples ont-ils projeté des choses vaines ?

Que por boca de David, tu siervo, dijiste: ¿Por qué han bramado las gentes, y los pueblos han pensado cosas vanas?

Who by the mouth of thy servant David hast said, Why did the heathen rage, and the people imagine vain things?

Les Rois de la terre se sont trouvés en personne, et les Princes se sont joints ensemble contre le Seigneur, et contre son Christ.

Asistieron los reyes de la tierra, y los príncipes se juntaron en uno contra el Señor, y contra su Cristo.

The kings of the earth stood up, and the rulers were gathered together against the Lord, and against his Christ.

En effet, contre ton saint Fils Jésus, que tu as oint, se sont assemblés Hérode et Ponce Pilate, avec les Gentils, et les peuples d’Israël,

For of a truth against thy holy child Jesus, whom thou hast anointed, both Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, and the people of Israel, were gathered together,

“For truly, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles and the people of Israel, were gathered together against your holy servant Jesus, whom you anointed,

Pour faire toutes les choses que ta main et ton conseil avaient auparavant déterminé qui seraient faites.

Para hacer lo que tu mano y tu consejo habían antes determinado que había de ser hecho.

For to do whatsoever thy hand and thy counsel determined before to be done.

Maintenant donc, Seigneur, fais attention à leurs menaces, et donne à tes serviteurs d’annoncer ta parole avec toute hardiesse ;

En étendant ta main afin qu’il se fasse des guérisons, et des prodiges, et des merveilles, par le Nom de ton saint Fils Jésus.

Que extiendas tu mano á que sanidades, y milagros, y prodigios sean hechos por el nombre de tu santo Hijo Jesús.

By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus.

Et quand ils eurent prié, le lieu où ils étaient assemblés trembla ; et ils furent tous remplis du Saint-Esprit, et ils annonçaient la parole de Dieu avec hardiesse.
