Io son l'Iddio de' tuoi padri, l'Iddio d'Abrahamo, e l'Iddio d'Isacco, e l'Iddio di Giacobbe. E Mosè, divenuto tutto tremante, non ardiva por mente che cosa fosse.

Yo soy el Dios de tus padres, el Dios de Abraham, y el Dios de Isaac, y el Dios de Jacob. Mas Moisés, temeroso, no osaba mirar.

Saying, I am the God of thy fathers, the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. Then Moses trembled, and durst not behold.

‘I am the God of your fathers: the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.’ Moses trembled and dared not look.
