Es war aber ein Mann mit Namen Simon in der Stadt, der zuvor Zauberei trieb und das Volk Samarias in Erstaunen setzte, indem er vorgab, er wäre etwas Großes.

Y había un hombre llamado Simón, el cual había sido antes mágico en aquella ciudad, y había engañado la gente de Samaria, diciéndose ser algún grande:
