E Saulo também consentia na morte dele. E naquele dia foi feita uma grande perseguição contra a igreja que estava em Jerusalém; e todos foram dispersos pelas regiões da Judeia, e de Samaria, exceto os apóstolos.

Y SAULO consentía en su muerte. Y en aquel día se hizo una grande persecución en la iglesia que estaba en Jerusalem; y todos fueron esparcidos por las tierras de Judea y de Samaria, salvo los apóstoles.

And Saul was consenting unto his death. And at that time there was a great persecution against the church which was at Jerusalem; and they were all scattered abroad throughout the regions of Judæa and Samaria, except the apostles.

E alguns homens devotos levaram juntos a Estêvão para enterrá-lo ,e fizeram grande pranto por causa dele.

Y llevaron á enterrar á Esteban varones piadosos, é hicieron gran llanto sobre él.

And devout men carried Stephen to his burial, and made great lamentation over him.

Devout men buried Stephen and lamented greatly over him.

E Saulo tentava destruir a igreja, entrando nas casas, e puxando a homens e mulheres, entregava-os à prisão.

Entonces Saulo asolaba la iglesia, entrando por las casas: y trayendo hombres y mujeres, los entregaba en la cárcel.

As for Saul, he made havock of the church, entering into every house, and haling men and women committed them to prison.

But Saul ravaged the assembly, entering into every house and dragged both men and women off to prison.

Os que, pois, estavam dispersos, passavam anunciando a palavra.

Mas los que fueron esparcidos, iban por todas partes anunciando la palabra.

Therefore they that were scattered abroad went every where preaching the word.

Therefore those who were scattered abroad went around preaching the word.

E Filipe, tendo descido à cidade de Samaria, pregava-lhes a Cristo.

Entonces Felipe, descendiendo á la ciudad de Samaria, les predicaba á Cristo.

Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and preached Christ unto them.

Philip went down to the city of Samaria and proclaimed to them the Christ.

E as multidões prestavam atenção em concordância às coisas que eram ditas por Filipe, ao ouvirem e verem os sinais que ele fazia.

Y las gentes escuchaban atentamente unánimes las cosas que decía Felipe, oyendo y viendo las señales que hacía.

And the people with one accord gave heed unto those things which Philip spake, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did.

The multitudes listened with one accord to the things that were spoken by Philip when they heard and saw the signs which he did.

Porque os espíritos imundos, clamando em alta voz, saíam de muitos que os tinham; e muitos paralíticos e aleijados foram curados.

Porque de muchos que tenían espíritus inmundos, salían éstos dando grandes voces; y muchos paralíticos y cojos eran sanados:

For unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, came out of many that were possessed with them: and many taken with palsies, and that were lame, were healed.

For unclean spirits came out of many of those who had them. They came out, crying with a loud voice. Many who had been paralyzed and lame were healed.

E havia grande alegria naquela cidade.

Así que había gran gozo en aquella ciudad.

And there was great joy in that city.

E havia um certo homem, de nome Simão, que antes naquela cidade usava de magia, e fazia o povo de Samaria ficar admirado, dizendo de si mesmo ser alguém grande;

Y había un hombre llamado Simón, el cual había sido antes mágico en aquella ciudad, y había engañado la gente de Samaria, diciéndose ser algún grande:

But there was a certain man, called Simon, which beforetime in the same city used sorcery, and bewitched the people of Samaria, giving out that himself was some great one:

But there was a certain man, Simon by name, who used to practice sorcery in the city and amazed the people of Samaria, making himself out to be some great one,

A quem eles todos davam atenção, desde o menor até o maior, diziam: Este é o grande poder de Deus.

Al cual oían todos atentamente desde el más pequeño hasta el más grande, diciendo: Este es la gran virtud de Dios.

To whom they all gave heed, from the least to the greatest, saying, This man is the great power of God.

to whom they all listened, from the least to the greatest, saying, “This man is that great power of God.”

E davam atenção a ele, porque com suas magias ele há muito tempo tinha lhes causado admiração.

Y le estaban atentos, porque con sus artes mágicas los había embelesado mucho tiempo.

And to him they had regard, because that of long time he had bewitched them with sorceries.

They listened to him because for a long time he had amazed them with his sorceries.

Mas quando creram em Filipe, que lhes anunciava o Evangelho do Reino de Deus, e o nome de Jesus Cristo, eles foram batizados, tanto homens como mulheres.

Mas cuando creyeron á Felipe, que anunciaba el evangelio del reino de Dios y el nombre de Jesucristo, se bautizaban hombres y mujeres.

But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.

But when they believed Philip preaching good news concerning God’s Kingdom and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.

E até mesmo Simão creu; e tendo sido batizado, ele continuou com Filipe; e vendo os sinais e maravilhas que eram feitas, ele ficou admirado.

El mismo Simón creyó también entonces, y bautizándose, se llegó á Felipe: y viendo los milagros y grandes maravillas que se hacían, estaba atónito.

Then Simon himself believed also: and when he was baptized, he continued with Philip, and wondered, beholding the miracles and signs which were done.

Simon himself also believed. Being baptized, he continued with Philip. Seeing signs and great miracles occurring, he was amazed.

E os apóstolos que estavam em Jerusalém, ao ouvirem que Samaria tinha recebido a palavra de Deus, enviaram-lhes a Pedro e a João.

Y los apóstoles que estaban en Jerusalem, habiendo oído que Samaria había recibido la palabra de Dios, les enviaron á Pedro y á Juan:

Now when the apostles which were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent unto them Peter and John:

Now when the apostles who were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent Peter and John to them,

Os quais, tendo descido, oraram por eles, para que recebessem ao Espírito Santo.

Los cuales venidos, oraron por ellos, para que recibiesen el Espíritu Santo;

Who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost:

who, when they had come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Spirit;

(Porque ainda sobre nenhum deles tinha descido; mas somente tinham sido batizados no nome do Senhor Jesus).

(Porque aun no había descendido sobre ninguno de ellos, mas solamente eran bautizados en el nombre de Jesús.)

(For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.)

for as yet he had fallen on none of them. They had only been baptized in the name of Christ Jesus.

Então puseram as mãos sobre eles, e receberam o Espírito Santo.

Entonces les impusieron las manos, y recibieron el Espíritu Santo.

Then laid they their hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost.

Then they laid their hands on them, and they received the Holy Spirit.

E Simão ao ver que pela imposição das mãos dos apóstolos se dava o Espírito Santo, ofereceu-lhes dinheiro,

Y como vió Simón que por la imposición de las manos de los apóstoles se daba el Espíritu Santo, les ofreció dinero,

And when Simon saw that through laying on of the apostles’ hands the Holy Ghost was given, he offered them money,

Now when Simon saw that the Holy Spirit was given through the laying on of the apostles’ hands, he offered them money,

Dizendo: Dai também a mim este poder, que sobre qualquer um em quem eu puser as mãos, receba o Espírito Santo.

Diciendo: Dadme también á mí esta potestad, que á cualquiera que pusiere las manos encima, reciba el Espíritu Santo.

Saying, Give me also this power, that on whomsoever I lay hands, he may receive the Holy Ghost.

saying, “Give me also this power, that whomever I lay my hands on may receive the Holy Spirit.”

Mas Pedro lhe disse: Teu dinheiro seja contigo para perdição, porque pensaste que o dom de Deus pudesse ser obtido por meio de dinheiro.

Entonces Pedro le dijo: Tu dinero perezca contigo, que piensas que el don de Dios se gane por dinero.

But Peter said unto him, Thy money perish with thee, because thou hast thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money.

But Peter said to him, “May your silver perish with you, because you thought you could obtain the gift of God with money!

Tu não tens parte nem porção nesta palavra; porque teu coração não é correto diante de Deus.

No tienes tú parte ni suerte en este negocio; porque tu corazón no es recto delante de Dios.

Thou hast neither part nor lot in this matter: for thy heart is not right in the sight of God.

You have neither part nor lot in this matter, for your heart isn’t right before God.

Arrepende-te, pois, desta tua maldade, e ora a Deus, para que talvez este pensamento de teu coração te seja perdoado;

Arrepiéntete pues de esta tu maldad, y ruega á Dios, si quizás te será perdonado el pensamiento de tu corazón.

Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and pray God, if perhaps the thought of thine heart may be forgiven thee.

Repent therefore of this, your wickedness, and ask God if perhaps the thought of your heart may be forgiven you.

Porque eu vejo que tu estás em fel amargo, e atado em injustiça.

Porque en hiel de amargura y en prisión de maldad veo que estás.

For I perceive that thou art in the gall of bitterness, and in the bond of iniquity.

For I see that you are in the poison of bitterness and in the bondage of iniquity.”

Mas respondendo Simão, disse: Orai vós por mim ao Senhor, para que nada do que dissestes venha sobre mim.

Respondiendo entonces Simón, dijo: Rogad vosotros por mí al Señor, que ninguna cosa de estas que habéis dicho, venga sobre mí.

Then answered Simon, and said, Pray ye to the Lord for me, that none of these things which ye have spoken come upon me.

Simon answered, “Pray for me to the Lord, that none of the things which you have spoken happen to me.”

Tendo eles pois dado testemunho e falado a palavra do Senhor, voltaram a Jerusalém, e em muitas aldeias dos samaritanos anunciaram o Evangelho.

Y ellos, habiendo testificado y hablado la palabra de Dios, se volvieron á Jerusalem, y en muchas tierras de los Samaritanos anunciaron el evangelio.

And they, when they had testified and preached the word of the Lord, returned to Jerusalem, and preached the gospel in many villages of the Samaritans.

They therefore, when they had testified and spoken the word of the Lord, returned to Jerusalem, and preached the Good News to many villages of the Samaritans.

E um anjo do Senhor falou a Filipe, dizendo: Levanta-te, e vai para o sul, ao caminho que desce de Jerusalém para Gaza, que é deserto.

Empero el ángel del Señor habló á Felipe, diciendo: Levántate y ve hacia el mediodía, al camino que desciende de Jerusalem á Gaza, el cual es desierto.

And the angel of the Lord spake unto Philip, saying, Arise, and go toward the south unto the way that goeth down from Jerusalem unto Gaza, which is desert.

Then an angel of the Lord spoke to Philip, saying, “Arise, and go toward the south to the way that goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza. This is a desert.”

E ele levantou-se, e foi, e eis que um homem etíope, eunuco, administrador subordinado a Candace, a rainha dos etíopes, que estava sobre o controle de todos os bens dela, tinha vindo a Jerusalém para adorar;

Entonces él se levantó, y fué: y he aquí un Etiope, eunuco, gobernador de Candace, reina de los Etiopes, el cual era puesto sobre todos sus tesoros, y había venido á adorar á Jerusalem,

And he arose and went: and, behold, a man of Ethiopia, an eunuch of great authority under Candace queen of the Ethiopians, who had the charge of all her treasure, and had come to Jerusalem for to worship,

He arose and went; and behold, there was a man of Ethiopia, a eunuch of great authority under Candace, queen of the Ethiopians, who was over all her treasure, who had come to Jerusalem to worship.

E ele estava voltando, sentado em sua carruagem, e lia ao profeta Isaías.

Se volvía sentado en su carro, y leyendo el profeta Isaías.

Was returning, and sitting in his chariot read Esaias the prophet.

He was returning and sitting in his chariot, and was reading the prophet Isaiah.

E o Espírito disse a Filipe: Aproxima-te, e ajunta-te a esta carruagem.

Y el Espíritu dijo á Felipe: Llégate, y júntate á este carro.

Then the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot.

The Spirit said to Philip, “Go near, and join yourself to this chariot.”

E Filipe, correndo, ouviu que ele estava lendo ao profeta Isaías, e disse: Tu entendes o que estás lendo?

Y acudiendo Felipe, le oyó que leía el profeta Isaías, y dijo: Mas ¿entiendes lo que lees?

And Philip ran thither to him, and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest?

Philip ran to him, and heard him reading Isaiah the prophet, and said, “Do you understand what you are reading?”

E ele disse: Como eu poderia, se alguém não me ensinar? E pediu a Filipe que subisse e se sentasse com ele.

Y él dijo: ¿Y cómo podré, si alguno no me enseñare? Y rogó á Felipe que subiese, y se sentase con él.

And he said, How can I, except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him.

He said, “How can I, unless someone explains it to me?” He begged Philip to come up and sit with him.

E o lugar da Escritura que ele estava lendo era este: Como ovelha ele foi levado ao matadouro, e como um cordeiro mudo fica diante do que o tosquia, assim também ele não abriu sua boca.

Y el lugar de la Escritura que leía, era éste: Como oveja á la muerte fué llevado; y como cordero mudo delante del que le trasquila, así no abrió su boca:

The place of the scripture which he read was this, He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and like a lamb dumb before his shearer, so opened he not his mouth:

Now the passage of the Scripture which he was reading was this, “He was led as a sheep to the slaughter. As a lamb before his shearer is silent, so he doesn’t open his mouth.

Em sua humilhação foi tirado seu julgamento; e quem anunciará sua geração? Porque da terra sua vida é tirada.

En su humillación su juicio fué quitado: mas su generación, ¿quién la contará? porque es quitada de la tierra su vida.

In his humiliation his judgment was taken away: and who shall declare his generation? for his life is taken from the earth.

In his humiliation, his judgment was taken away. Who will declare His generation? For his life is taken from the earth.”

E respondendo o eunuco a Filipe, disse: Eu te rogo, de quem o profeta diz isto? De si mesmo, ou de alguém outro?

Y respondiendo el eunuco á Felipe, dijo: Ruégote ¿de quién el profeta dice esto? ¿de sí, ó de otro alguno?

And the eunuch answered Philip, and said, I pray thee, of whom speaketh the prophet this? of himself, or of some other man?

The eunuch answered Philip, “Who is the prophet talking about? About himself, or about someone else?”

E Filipe, abrindo sua boca, e começando desta escritura, anunciou-lhe o Evangelho de Jesus.

Entonces Felipe, abriendo su boca, y comenzando desde esta escritura, le anunció el evangelio de Jesús.

Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus.

Philip opened his mouth, and beginning from this Scripture, preached to him about Jesus.

E enquanto eles iam caminhando, chegaram a uma certa porção de água; e o eunuco disse: Eis aqui água; o que me impede de ser batizado?

Y yendo por el camino, llegaron á cierta agua; y dijo el eunuco: He aquí agua; ¿qué impide que yo sea bautizado?

And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?

As they went on the way, they came to some water; and the eunuch said, “Behold, here is water. What is keeping me from being baptized?”

Y Felipe dijo: Si crees de todo corazón, bien puedes. Y respondiendo, dijo: Creo que Jesucristo es el Hijo de Dios.

And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

E ele mandou parar a carruagem; e desceram ambos à água, tanto Filipe como o eunuco; e ele o batizou.

Y mandó parar el carro: y descendieron ambos al agua, Felipe y el eunuco; y bautizóle.

And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him.

He commanded the chariot to stand still, and they both went down into the water, both Philip and the eunuch, and he baptized him.

E quando eles subiram da água, o Espírito do Senhor arrebatou a Filipe, e o eunuco não mais o viu, porque ele foi em seu caminho com alegria.

Y como subieron del agua, el Espíritu del Señor arrebató á Felipe; y no le vió más el eunuco, y se fué por su camino gozoso.

And when they were come up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip, that the eunuch saw him no more: and he went on his way rejoicing.

When they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught Philip away, and the eunuch didn’t see him any more, for he went on his way rejoicing.

Mas Filipe se achou em Azoto; e passando, anunciava ao Evangelho em todas as cidades, até que veio a Cesareia.

Felipe empero se halló en Azoto: y pasando, anunciaba el evangelio en todas las ciudades, hasta que llegó á Cesarea.

But Philip was found at Azotus: and passing through he preached in all the cities, till he came to Cæsarea.

But Philip was found at Azotus. Passing through, he preached the Good News to all the cities until he came to Caesarea.
