Weil nun Lydda nahe bei Joppe liegt, sandten die Jünger auf die Nachricht, daß Petrus dort sei, zwei Männer an ihn ab und ließen ihn bitten: »Komm doch unverzüglich zu uns herüber!«

Y como Lydda estaba cerca de Joppe, los discípulos, oyendo que Pedro estaba allí, le enviaron dos hombres, rogándole: No te detengas en venir hasta nosotros.

And forasmuch as Lydda was nigh to Joppa, and the disciples had heard that Peter was there, they sent unto him two men, desiring him that he would not delay to come to them.

As Lydda was near Joppa, the disciples, hearing that Peter was there, sent two men to him, imploring him not to delay in coming to them.
